Clarion Inn

Rooms were dirty, food left in fridge, dog hair all over the chair. Sheets were dirty and stained.Unidentifiable smell. Pool had trash in on and around it. Trash all over outside of property. People passed out in parking lot. When we decided we couldn’t stay staff was more than accommodating.

Our room had cockroaches. We left immediately. Unfortunately we booked through Expedia so getting a refund is very difficult. The rooms don't look terrible they look like they have been updated somewhat in the last few years but what good is renovations if you have cockroaches?.

Need fruit at breakfast. There were no bath towels in room. Only hand towels and wash cloths.

I really liked the pool area and the breakfast. The whole place needs much more maintenance. When I arrived, the refrigerator was frozen over. There was a crack in the bathtub. The tub leaked into the floor. There were several scratched marks on the wall. The door to the room sticks, and you have to push and pull a specific way to open the door. They only have 1 ice vending machine, and it is "well hidden." Watch out. We did see bugs in the room. Not sure what type. The Staff is really nice and helpful. The Maintenance personnel really try to help.

Air conditioning was loud, you could see daylight under the door, when you sat on the toilet the whole thing slammed as though it was going to come apart from the foundation. The vinyl flooring job was horrible I could have done a better job myself.

The property was older yet fairly clean. In the corners of the bathroom it could use some attention, the corners gave the appearance of unclean even though it was from age.

Staff was super friendly and kind. The rooms are pretty good for the price and the pool is a plus, however it is super humid inside the building since the pool is indoors but the rooms are cool

the smell and wasp ? everywhere the breakfast was not good at all the pool should have been heated to be a inside pool the water was way to cold to get in

We had two rooms for 3 days and the breakfast, which was really upsetting. Instead, it was eggs and bacon and sausage, and all that they didn't have c***. They said, no, we don't have that in the week only on the weekend which was wrong on the advertisement or their fault or something really upsetting then, there was a nest of wasp. Some came into the room because there was a whole in the wall just upsetting i doubt if we'll ever go back

They didn't have many options for breakfast

The hot tub was broken and clearly had been for some time, the website does not mention that. Very disappointing. Not the best location.

Smelled of mildew in the hallway. My room had been switched due to a strong smoke odor. Toilet seat was cracked all the way through and maybe glued together

Establishment is a bit worn but is a fun environment. Bathroom was a bit cramped trying to take care of business. Overall enjoyed my stay for the price on a holiday weekend.

The beds were so dirty it was disgusting. One mattress had brown stains on it, the other had brown stains and paint all over. When complaining at front desk they said they cant refund money because I used 3rd party booking app.

The overall hotel is good, but due for a major remodel. Should try to get a restaurant and bar to fill the empty spaces. The breakfast was the worst powdered eggs ever, and I was in the army. The sausage was cheapest flavorless crap I've ever had. The pol was absolutely disgusting with the scum ring with words rubbed into it like graffiti. Shower curtain rod was barely mounted so the shower curtain was useless. Need some kind of channel guide, hotel info in room, wondered hotel for ice.

Staff was courteous Several things. I have video proof of a roach infestation. I will escalate through the city if the matter isn’t resolved.

This property has so much potential. It seems to be in the process of a remodel and new management. Its a hidden gem
