Motel 6 Fort Collins, CO

The bathroom was filthy, the staff were rice to me the entire time, there was a used dirty towel on the bed when we got in there

AVOID! I know it’s a Motel 6 but this was the worst motel 6 I have ever stayed at. Room was in total disrepair. Plumbing fixtures loose, shower and window curtains barely hanging on because most of the fasteners had come loose. Trim on walls peeling off. Dirty walls with many stains. Sheets were dingy. No toiletries provided except for hand soap. No in room fridge. Also, very odd to have a 10AM checkout. Have always had much better experiences with Motel 6. Was talking to a couple of other guests and they had same issues in their rooms.

Place smelled like mildew and old smoke. Was like OK it’s cheap. We didn’t expect too much but we did expect at least clean sheets. Between the cigarette burns on the inside of the duvet covers, the mascara on the sheets, (both beds and two pillows), small black hairs on inside of sheets and the floor looked not vacuumed. Never again. Spend the money. We walked out feeling itchy and dirtier than we came in. Drove to the front desk area, but nobody was at front desk. We left without spending the night. Found somewhere else. A lesson learned, never again

The room I checked into did not have a microwave or refrigerator which I paid for, so I had to request a room change. The second room had a broken lock, stains all over the floors and shower and did not appear very clean. I unfortunately was in a hurry to make an appointment so I had to leave my stuff and run. While I was away I was thinking of other options to choose from because I didn’t feel safe there, so I called and explained that and the person told me that unless I checked out in the next five minutes they couldn’t refund me even though I hadn’t used the room (and they knew I was gone because I had mentioned it) Not wanting to be out the money I had paid I convinced myself I’d stay one night and find something else for the rest of my stay. Upon my return I had a creepy guy showing up every time I went outside which made me extremely uncomfortable especially with one of the locks broken. Just as I was trying to settle in for the night a cockroach ran across the floor and that was the last straw. I found a room at another hotel and got the heck out of there. They said even though the room hadn’t been used they would not refund my money,(which I will dispute) and immediately after I checked in to the other place my shoulder was itching and burning- yup. Like 10 bed bug bites on me! The only thing I had set on any fabric was the sweatshirt I was wearing. The pictures they show was wildly misrepresented what it is. I’m all for basic economy but not a bug infested dump

worst hotel ever there was bugs dried on the walls, brown stains on the sheets, hair in the shower. got a refund and they charged my card anyway do not stay here

Worst place ever!!!

This hotel is a flop house. They force a 10am check out, despite the app and on-site saying 11am. Graveyard staff was awesome, daytime staff was awful. Not super ADA friendly.

The property was in a nice location. However they show a pool but don't have one, so my kids were upset right off the bat. They show microwave and fridge in there pictures but didn't have any so the wife was upset. Cause now we have to spend more on food then planned.

The staff is always nice and helpful fast-checking Maybe the wait for me to get my deposit back but staff was very communicative with me and it was worth the wait because I got my deposit back but understand when you're busy and there's only one person working

Good location, nice staff and clean rooms

They have a pool that actually usable. I still haven't got my deposit back it's been a week. Management or owners are very short and not hospitable.

Nothing ROOM PAID THROUGH BOOKING AND DEFINITELY CHARGED A SECOND TIME ON MY CREDIT CARD, PLUS A GARANTEE WITH NO REFUND. I HAD TO REPORT TO MOTEL 6 HEADQUARTER ON CORPORATE SITE TO RECEIVE FINALLY MY CASH BACK. I DION'T APPRECIATE....

This place was a bad idea. They took my deposit of $50 and kept it. The room was tiny and not clean. Thank god I’ll never have to stay there again

Messed up my rooms made me cancel the reservation and refused to refund my money we went elsewhere

No microwave, or refrigerator. The room smelled like dog piss strongly.

I had to leave. The room smelled horribly, Most f the lights did not work. The shower continuously dripped and the bathroom floor was flooded. No iron or board as promised. I stayed an hour and Motel 6 canceled my reservation. I am waiting for a refund from Expedia!
