This was a very quiet location. The staff were helpful. The only thing I suggest is to make sure your room key is not near your phone. We had to keep getting the key recoded as the magnet on our phones would erase the programming. I had to keep my key in my pocket and not put it in my purse.

This hotel seemed well reviewed but upon arrival, we discovered that our room had a number of problems and no other room was available. Much of the carpet in the room was wet, the room had a distinct odor, liquids had obviously been spilled all over the side of one nightstand, and the 2 of the 3 toiletries in the bathroom were empty or the dispensers did not work. When we reported the issues to the front desk staff, their response was "oh yea, we had a situation and had to deep clean that carpet yesterday." I also appreciate the fact that it was a pet-friendly property (we were not bringing a pet) but there were signs everywhere about the need to clean up pet messes and make sure pets are appropriately supervised in rooms. This did not inspire confidence in the overall cleanliness of the premises. Staff made no effort to address the issues at all and I would definitely avoid this location in the future.

Great stay, clean and comfortable.

No water pressure or hot water

Our day was good. The toilet wasn’t working right, but we let the front desk know and they took care of it. The breakfast on the other hand wasn’t the best.

Right off the highway but still close to downtown and 1 mile from an awesome nature park with walking trails. The pool and hot tub were awesome and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again

Breakfast was cold

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The coffee and water was out 24 hours and was very drinkable for this coffee snob. Lol

This was the second time we stayed there this summer. Bed was comfortable! Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Location was convenient. Price was good. Will stay there again.
-
Room was clean, staff were friendly, the elevator was small, and the door stuck a bit. I think the hotel was remodeled. Overall it was a good stay.
-
The room had no A/C. The bed was good the floors could use a carpet cleaning. Breakfast wasn't even a 5... .missing milk and everything was gone. Went back in twenty minutes and everything was still not stocked. I still had a good stay:)

It was okay.

Room was clean - Staff was VERY friendly and the waffles were delicious

Overall, this was a nice stay. Just don't look too closely at the ceilings, nooks, and crannies, because there are things that make your head tilt, like what looked like blood spots on the ceiling. Breakfast was fine, the staff was friendly, and the location was good for where we needed to get around. The pillows are very small.

The hotel is older but has been updated. The hallways still smelled like new carpet. The breakfast was basic and had cold and hot items. It’s not a huge hotel but it has a single waffle maker, egg dish, sausage patty, and a rotation of French toast sticks and biscuits. We had a 2 queen plus sofa bed room. The queen beds were decent but the sofa bed was creaky and very worn. We chose to use the 2 queens for the 4 of us instead. If someone were to need the sofa bed that should be considered. The hotel lost power the last morning but we still had a warm shower (by phone light) and as much breakfast as they could serve. The staff did their best to accommodate but we were glad we were checking out because of the heat and need for air conditioning. I read other reviews that mentioned a power outage about a month before. It didn’t seem like there was a process for the outage which was strange since it had happened recently. The staff was friendly.

Nothing. When we got our key cards neither one worked. The hallways were under construction, the AC didn't work well, TV had a volume block, the breakfast was bad and I've been given the run around to get my money back for the extra night they charged me. We left at around 9:30 AM the next day and they charged me an extra night for no reason.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was adequate motel fare.

Would recommend a stay here, it has most of what you need near the location.
