Very mismanaged, room service never came to our room and we had to go get new towels from the front desk. Informed them but it never changed.

Room was “ok” at most. The towels were deep under the bathroom cabinet, with hardly any water pressure in the shower. Breakfast the next morning was horrible. Juice machine didn’t work, breakfast sandwiches were still frozen. Staff in the morning was friendly but it was still a poor experience overall. For the price of the room I expected better.

Bed was super hard. Did not sleep well in it.

Nice size rooms, first room we were assigned wasn’t cleaned yet but staff was helpful and quick to get a new room. Only issue is the people above were very noisy. I recommend a top floor. We’ve stayed at this location before and would stay again if in the area

Breakfast was great! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool water was just a tad too cold for a swim. The only downside was housekeeping only cleaned our room once in the 6 nights we were there, only one time did we have “do not disturb” sign out.

The hotel was really clean, beds were very comfortable, centrally located, and breakfast was yummy.

Room was clean upon arrival. Miscommunication with cleaning staff and attempted to rectify for room cleaning needs towards end of trip. Never got fresh bedding and had to ask for replacement towels. Three days we made sure we did not have the do not disturb sign hanging and spoke to the mgr on duty but room cleaning never came. Great area. Seemed quiet most of time.

No breakfast and no one seemed to care about it.

Breakfast was good. Location is perfect. We liked the restaurants in the parking lot. We liked the outdoor seating area. Staff was wonderful. Very nice and helpful. Pool could be better. It was cold and seemed to need some maintenance. Hot tub didn’t work. Hallways and elevator were hot and stuffy. No safe in room.

Fairfield never disappoints in my experience! The young woman who checked me in late in the afternoon was so helpful, and so was the late night gentleman.

Speedy check in and check out, complimentary breakfast, nice workout equipment comfy bed & pillows, rain shower was great

Very clean and extremely helpful and professional clerks. Highly recommend.

Great halfway point for my traveling. Nice area with places to eat and not to far from stores.
