Felt the staff at the front were not attentive and talking to you while on their phones scrolling

Early check-in was an extra $100 which was not ideal, and for the price I would have assumed that a continental breakfast would have been included. However the hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and location was excellent.

When reaching out to staff we weee given the round. The front Desk manager was very rude & gas lighting. Refused to provide a solution to my complaints. Very beautiful hotel, just noise was terrible

The bartender (Robert) was polite, warm and fast. The drinks were fresh, mixed well and well balanced. Very fun to talk to and made my party feel at ease. Be aware of the hotel fees and the valet parking was expensive, yet comparable for the area. Nonetheless the hotel was beautiful and within close proximity to everything. I would absolutely stay again.

Negatives: There is construction going on at the hotel which I was not made aware of at time of booking. Sitting outside at the pool was VERY LOUD and being inside the hotel room was loud as well for many hours, Daily. Pool is a bit small, only open Dawn til Dusk and VERY WARM like bath water. Not really refreshing when the heat is 107! Parking a car is atrocious per day if you rent a car...walk when you can or take a lyft. For what we paid for 6 days, it really was not worth the cost.

It is reasonable and close to the beaches

This was my second time visiting, AC Fort Lauderdale after a wonderful stay the first time. At check in, I was greeted by Albert and Anitra, both who were so kind and lovely! They were so hospitable from check in to every day when we saw them at the lobby during the day. At night, Paula was so kind to ask if we wanted to change our towels to new ones, before we even asked! Ashley and Robert at the bar were so friendly, the churro ice-cream combo is to die for! Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations, and I was happy to rebook at AC. The staff at AC Fort Lauderdale went above and beyond to make sure we were welcomed and taken care of, and it was because of them that made my vacation more enjoyable. Vacations are better when you meet people that make it better, that is what the staff did!

Good property, Very clean, staff was very helpful at all times. Beautiful beach a few minutes away. The property provided beach towels and chairs, but for a beach umbrella we paid $30.00. Pretty pricey for a few hours used since the days we were there it rained daily.

Loved my stay. Beautiful, well maintained property. Spacious room, wonderful staff, loved the beach amenities, the bar. Located conveniently close to the beach. Highly recommend.

Good stay

I really liked the bar area inside. The charcuterie and fries were delicious! Our view was amazing from the 10th floor. Staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay again.

Room booked was not

The hotel is clean and close to everything. However the pool is under renovation and was not disclosed until after booking. The rooms are clean. The front desk is not welcoming and greet guests with not much enthusiasm or respect. Other than one person who works there and we made sure we got her when needed something she was so helpful, unfortunately didn’t get her name. It worked afternoon shifts. The hotel charges 30 dollars a day destination fee? Gives you a 15 dollar credit a day per room but not often used.
