If you are looking for a cheap and easy spot right across from the beach, this is a great place! Nothing spectacular, very basic, and a bit dated, but for the price, definitely worth it. Staff was extremely kind, and I loved the location!

Spacious rooms, very clean, great rooftop Terrace, parking is cheap and it’s right across the beach. The owner genuinely cares and makes it a point to speak to you and help if needed. Highly recommend!! Only downside is there is no pool.

One step above a motel six. The staff were never in office.

MINUSES: Cleaning left something to be desired. TV had to be plugged in/unplugged since remote didn't work. Electrical outlets are somewhat limited. Furniture was wobbly and unstable. Location offered limited dining options -- well, limited affordable dining options, especially for families. PLUSES: Staff was helpful in resolving a couple of issues; they also allowed me to check in a bit early. Oceanfront suite with kitchenette was huge. Property has multiple patios open to guests for socializing. Location is steps from the beach and offered amazing views. OVERALL: If you're looking for the Four Seasons, the Westin or The Ritz-Carlton, this ain't the place for you -- but they're a block or two away. If you, like me, want an affordable motel room for a short beach visit, this IS the place for you.

Definitely not what we expected but was a great stay for a long weekend. You're located directly across the street from the beach and about five minute walk from shops, bars, and restaurants. Having access to chairs towels and sunblock was a huge bonus on top of pool floats and noodles so I really did appreciate having that as an option so we didn't have to add that to our luggage. The staff are super helpful and always try to answer any questions. The parking lot is a little tricky, but other than that it is a great stay for a short trip.

Great Experience! Came down for 2day stayed 1 night while family was visiting. Our room was very spacious and was fully stocked with amenities. The bathroom was clean amd had beach vibes which is nice to come back to from visiting the beach located directly across the street. Front Desk staff and check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The resorts around the area where a bit out dated so the modern clean feel was a win win. The parking lot is very tight so if you have little ones watch how they open the doors so no nicks on paint scratches. I did not see surveillance cameras in the lot but do hear from locals that cars get broken into so I did check occasionally on ours. The hotel was great and they things you can use at the beach just make sure to return them back in spots you grabbed from. The 5th floor roof Terrence is beautiful and the view is great with a nice breeze. Only downfall is the elevator is only way up or down to it and if you are costrophobic that ride is a tad longer then would like. I would definitely book again if needed to go this area.

The property is one of the older ones in the area but has the most character. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the location was perfect. If you're looking for a clean stay right on the beach this is the one. I went with my husband and kids and having the chairs, toys, and towels at the hotel was a big reason for my choosing this hotel (less packing!) Overall my experience at the hotel was good, it’s dated but it was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to beach with the kids.

Traveled with my family of four, two adults, and two kids ages 13 and 10. We stayed here for one night after a cruise. We got there very early after driving from the port of Miami so our room was not ready. They charged us $20 to have an early check-in and our room was ready around 12:30. We went and had breakfast at the restaurant right next-door, called Casablanca‘s, then walked up and down the little stores on the strip, finally settling in at a Starbucks near the Westin until our room was ready. Staff was friendly. Room was great! Great size, would be great if spending more time in the area because our room also had a small kitchenette that included a large refrigerator, microwave and sink, including dishes and silverware. We ordered food in that evening and then left the next morning to catch our flight. The only thing that would’ve been nice was maybe having a pool. Although this hotel is located directly on the beach. After having several beach days on a cruise, just having a pool to hang out at would have been nice. Would recommend.

Room was clean roomy and cozy, staff was super nice and welcoming. Plenty of restaurants and beach was easily accessible across the street.
