The Hotel was wonderful, but they should have a nicer woman working late nights/early mornings

Incredibly poor experience from start to finish. Staff is not helpful, defers to 3rd parties for all issues whether it’s in the resort fee or not, we got stuck on the skybridge due to both elevators breaking, the room smelled and house keeping was not thorough, food is lackluster, and they let homeless people walk through - where one stared at the guests on the front patio. Save the headache and book elsewhere.

The Ritz Carlton Sarasota is hands down excellent. The moment I walked through the doors I was treated with respect and courtesy. The hotel is definitely 5 stars. The staff was spectacular and many remembered my family name. The restaurant food was delicious. The in room dining was above average. The room was very comfortable. The beach shuttle ran on time and it was just a short trip. The beach club and beach was great. I will come back. I truly enjoyed my stay.

They charged us for $55 every day, which they didn't explain in the first day and we didn't use any of those items and benefits as we didn't know. 🙄

The room A/C temperature was not accurate. Resulting in a warmer than the necessary room. The added fees and taxes for each day. Stay, we're a bit surprising. And I unappreciated.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton was wonderful. I absolutely loved the beautiful décor throughout the hotel—it felt elegant, modern, and welcoming. The ocean views were breathtaking and made the experience even more relaxing. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return for another visit. While I enjoyed my overall stay, there were a few things that could be improved. I was a bit disappointed to be assigned a room on one of the lower floors, especially considering the cost of staying at the hotel. The rates are definitely on the expensive side, so I was hoping for a higher-floor room with an even better view. The shower had excellent water pressure, but unfortunately, water leaked onto the bathroom floor during use, which was inconvenient. Despite these issues, the service and overall experience were still enjoyable.

It was a lovely place. Only issue was the ability to get ice. Waited up to two hours for it to be delivered.

Unfortunately, breakfast was a disappointment. The food arrived cold, which made it even less enjoyable, and the wait time was much longer than expected despite the restaurant not being overly busy. To make matters worse, our server came across as dismissive and uninterested whenever we asked about our order. Good service can often make up for kitchen delays, but that wasn’t the case here. Hopefully the restaurant can improve both the quality of the food and the level of customer service, as the overall experience left us disappointed.
