The hotel was amazing but the outside pool bar was very expensive compared to surrounding properties

Be aware: if you are having a rental car for your trip, be aware that hotel have parking but is $60 per day per overnight parking, si I don't recommend this hotel for that reason.

However be mindful and prepared for the taxes and fees for the property. Everyday there is a property fee. 18% gratuities on every purchase including just coffee. The staff at the mast is well worth the gratuity though.

When we entered the parking lot, the parking attendants were very welcoming, walked inside. The customer service were very welcoming with a smile and welcomed us to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The young Lady Ms.Mychie welcome to us with a smile explain to us about the facility, and all of the things that was included with our package. We told her we had came down for. My husband 60th birthday party we stepped out for a minute and came back and he had a little birthday surprise, cupcake, and strawberry sitting in the room which was so nice. The pool side was wonderful. They kept the place very clean and we really just enjoyed our State.

Had a great stay here. Loved access to the beach and walkable to most everything.

Overall a good stay but issues with TV were not taken care of. Tv was having an issue changing channels and with volume we told front desk and they did send someone but issues were the same.

I recommend the hotel. I love its location and cleanliness. The beachfront bar offers good drinks and food.

Excellent hotel about clean & beach view

I loved the rooms. They were very clean. The hotel accommodations were wonderful. And the location on the beach was amazing. I wish the hotel rooms had microwaves. Visitors are expected to go out and enjoy the various restaurants but can feel like it’s a waste if they can’t reheat food that they “take-out” or didn’t finish.

The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We loved the pool and the outside bar. Breakfast the next morning was delicious.

Charged 500 for incidentals for two nights. Morning of check out i have restaurant and room service charges for 401.75. Told by front desk this would be resolved today and management was to busy at the moment. Five days later charges go for pending to authorized. Speak with front desk and accounting to be told receipts would be looked over and would be resolved. I've since filed a dispute with credit card company. Something tells me im not the first. There seems to be some internal fraud or just completely incompetent accounting.
