The only issue I had is that there was no when we pulled into the parking lot. There was no indication whether we were at the building that we were looking for. We finally found a plaque on the wall that said the name of the hotel but we weren’t exactly sure which building to go into.

The pool was very nice and clean, the staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew was exceptional. Our power outlets weren't working correctly, couldn't charge everything simultaneously.

As soon as walked in the young lady was welcoming and offered us water for our room. She was so nice and made it easy to check in.

Please do not stay at this hotel as far as advertising the room are dirty and dingy the sheet smell staff not helpful. They came in our room while we were sleeping without knocking horrible.

3 staff members were unable to communicate the availability issues and we received 2 room downgrades and were unable to receive a refund during our stay. The laundry room costs $3.50 for each load but it only lets you pay in app intervals of $5 and they charge an extra fee. There was no hot tub and no free continental breakfast.
