La Quinta by Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Pompano Beach

Room smells of mold and our door appeared to be previously broken into (broken door jam at door latch)

After at the front desk I thought I was at a prison facility. I had to check in to the hotel like a drive through window. I was greeted by roaches all in the bed. I was woken by water running out of the ceiling. My booking was for two bed I was giving just a king bed. and the pull-out bed was something that a dog would not want to sleep on. I have never experienced anything like this in all my travelling years to the USA. I check out the hotel shortly after 5am the next morning I would never recommend this place to any of my Bahamian brothers and sister. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER RAPHEAL about my REFUND. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND FROM THE HOTEL AND EXPEDIA. MY stayed at the hotel suppose to be from 13 - 16 December 2024.

No housekeeping

The room is smelly which I think someone has recently smoked before me. I went to swim but there’s no pool towel in the morning (8am)!!! ☹️

The place is dirty. They tried but it smells old and dirty . The carpet was stained and need to be changed. AC is very loud , the smell of cigarette every where sometimes even in the room . The stuff was exceptional but they never came to clean our room. Even though we stayed for 5 days

Front door of room had a giant hole for bugs to come in. Lamp had a plastic fastener to hold the bulb up on the dirty lamp shade. Room needed painting. Told we were in one of the nicest rooms they had if we wanted to move. Very disappointed with La Quinta at this location in Pompano Beach, Fl.. Stayed overnight to go on a cruise.

Rooms stink. Old. Dirty. Weed smell everywhere.

Cockroaches, blood stain on mattress, dogs barking, no fan on bathroom, dirty floor.

the carpet was dirty, bathroom dirty, sheets were not iron, it was really a bad stay. when we arrived we needed to wait, rooms where not ready at 5pm, no posible rooms for checking in. no towels at the pool. never coming back here!

There were roaches and the toilet continuously ran. Carpet was old and not clean. Light fixtures had rust.

I use to come to this hotel a lot & from back then until now, everything including the staff has evolved dramatically !!!
