The property is an older place and could use some updates, but honestly, for the price, it was perfect for us. It was very clean, smelled fresh, and felt spotless. I have a baby who crawls all over the floor, and I felt completely comfortable letting them crawl around, which says a lot about how well the place was cleaned. The apartment had everything we needed to cook. When I mentioned that I needed a sheet pan to make some roasted vegetables, they even brought one over for me! They also brought us a pack ’n play because I had forgotten to bring ours, which was such a thoughtful and helpful touch. The staff was wonderful and very responsive to texts. Anytime we had a question, they answered quickly and were always helpful. The only issue we had was that the door wouldn’t lock when we were getting ready to leave, but aside from that, we had no problems at all. There is only one parking spot, so visitors won’t have a place to park on the property, which is something to keep in mind. But for our family, it was absolutely worth it. Our kids loved staying here and are already asking to come back! We had such a comfortable, easy stay, and we definitely plan to return. Highly recommend!!

I stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, the accommodation was well below an acceptable standard. The cleanliness was a major concern. The walls, dishes, and floors were visibly dirty, which made the room feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable. Even more concerning was the condition of the bathroom floor. It was broken, uneven, and appeared unsafe. The floor leaned noticeably toward the faucet, making it difficult to stand securely and creating a genuine safety hazard. I also spoke with other guests who were staying at the property at the same time, and they reported experiencing the same issues with their accommodations. This suggests that these problems were not an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my experience with the cleaning staff was also disappointing. I found them to be rude and unhelpful, and communication was difficult as they did not speak English. Overall, I expected much better for the price of this accommodation. Cleanliness, basic maintenance, safety, and respectful customer service should be standard. I would not recommend this hotel. Many other hotels were close with the same good location.

Great location and the room was excellent! Rooms were very clean. We stayed in deluxe king. Small kitchen with utensils etc. Publix is one block away for food shopping. The area is totally safe and just a few blocks from the ocean and several good restaurants & shops. Only one downside... the pool water was low, so we decided not to use it. Everything else about this location is stellar!

The pool is always clean and maintained, quiet area, the beach is right around the corner..Publix down the street.

The outdoor area was not very well kept or inviting. The rooms were dated, but clean.

Location was great. Publix is just a 4 minute walk away, along with CVS, Dunkin and other stores along that strip. Walking distance to beach. Plenty of beach towels in the room for us. Our room itself was clean. Walls have good insulation to cover up outside noise. It doesn’t feel secure at all. Anyone on the street can just walk onto the property and use the pool or sit in the “patio” area. The entrance gate was open all the time and doesn’t even lock or have a key code of any sort for guests staying there. There is no staff on site to ensure guests are actually adhering to the contract we signed so there were huge families playing loud music and partying until way after 11pm at night. There are only 6 lounge chairs for the whole property by the pool. One of the large tables with chairs should be moved to the shaded area and more lounge chairs should be added as just 2 families staying there easily take up all the chairs way before the pool is even technically “open”. Coffee maker is very small, would be better to make it a 10 cup coffee pot in my opinion. Our couch was very uncomfortable but that could just be the furniture in my room alone. Leather in Florida is not the best choice. Also there were no lock boxes in the apartment. With the poor security I would recommend this. The pool was filthy. Chunks of hair and bugs floating in the water and no one cleaned the pool during our stay. My experience there was so bad that we left after 2 days and booked another room down the block.

Loved the location on my favorite beach. Rooms were as described. Items were available to borrow to go to the beach. Cute pool and deck area. Ample parking. The room smelled like cigarettes. I had trouble due to this since I am allergic. Mentioned it to the managers via text, but nothing was mentioned back. Maybe could have changed out the air filter in the AC unit to remedy the situation.

Room 108 had cold air conditioner. Room had no closet nor portable clothes rack to hang any clothing.

Got me in a bit early with I was so grateful for!

There are beach chairs in the laundry room and I was lucky to find an umbrella. Easy to carry around the corner to the beach. I always stay here.

My stay here was amazing. The room was very nice and clean. When I first arrived here I was confused about what my room number is and so I called the company and they answered almost instantly helping me solve the issue and they were very kind while helping. I also liked how the beach and other stores were near by. My family and I also had a fun day in the pool. I recommend staying here!
