Upon checking in and walking to our two rooms, one of the rooms had not been cleaned at all. So we went back downstairs and were given a room on another floor. That room was clean. I would recommend asking for additional towels as only two were provided. And we were only supplied with a single half roll of toilet paper. There is no coffee maker in the room but there is a nice coffee bar downstairs. We had an issue with one of the rooms locks when the battery apparently died. We had to wait at least 45 minutes for a handyman to come and change the battery so we could get in the room and go to bed. Not anyone's fault but could possibly use additional staff for instances like this. The front desk clerk waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The amenities and location were excellent. This is a very nice area in Lauderdale by the Sea and I would probably stay here again if I was in this part of town. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Beach chairs and umbrella, staff , air conditioning, nice area, close to grocery and downtown

First 4 nights up until the power outage was good. A transformer blew up and knocked out the power. No updates were given as to when power would be restored. The restaurants and bar are overpriced. They charge you a pre tip at the bar and have the audacity to ask for more. Its a good place if you have deep pockets. Luckily there's a strip mall with a Publix ,First Watch, Dunkin, Liquor store, and CVS. Be prepared for alot of unnecessary fees and charges.

The plunge a couple of years ago was great. This year we came down and it was just ok. The hotel is undergoing renovations which meant a lot of dust and messy elevators etc. the staff is fine but honestly are just so cool to their customers. Not a a warm or welcoming side at all. The power went out on our second to last day here. No one knew or could answer what was happening. It was out for 20 hours. On our last day I requested a late checkout because without power we couldn’t pack or shower and was told we’re doing this as a favour. Normally we would charge you. There was no consideration that we had been put out for the last day and a half. They need to tune in a bit. There should be water and coffee in the rooms. There is a mediocre coffee shop to purchase coffee but it would go a long way to offering better amenities.

Julio was amazing
-
From check-in to check-out the staff was awesome. Eugene, Julio, Bianca, Dante and Sarah were so warm and helpful. The property was clean in all the areas I frequented. The restaurants had plenty of options at affordable prices. I’d definitely visit again.

May have to look into a different resort that at least includes parking.

The property is dated and basic but does the job. Good AC, nice bed. The restaurant was friendly but way understaffed with uniformed employees just standing around. You don't need any training to bring someone water or a menu. The phone in the room was dead. I was unable to reach the front desk from my phone or the hall phone, to get the password. Not sure w for the we didn't get it during check
