Check in was smooth. Room and property was clean. Pool was clean and outside area was well maintained. Excellent location for walking to the beach, Publix, bars and restaurants. Our efficiency room had everything we needed. Full sized fridge, stove, oven, plates, pots and pans. Nice little kitchen table. A.C. worked well. Beds were super comfortable.

This is a cute little place. It's not just a hotel room, it's a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchenette. It's has a great old Florida feel and style. The bed was comfortable the AC kept up nicely and it is truly a 5-7 minute walk to the beach and shops. . The manager was friendly and helpful and there are plenty of bicycles if you want to ride the 2-4 blocks for ice cream. It's very quiet inside. The older construction is built well and keeps out street noise. There is a Publix and a CVS about 2 blocks away too. I enjoyed it here and would definitely come again.. If you are able to bring a wagon for the beach that would be nice to have if you're staying with a bigger group, but the beach chairs are backpack style and easy to manage.

The location A few families took over pool and property and didn’t abide by pool rules and noise levels after 10 pm

Convenient and good parking. Staff was lovely Small, dark, close quarters. Old. Not enough sockets. Some did not work. Other guests were loud and hogged pool.

Loved our stay! The room was clean and the staff was excellent. Plenty of resourceful items to use at the pool as well as the beach!

This was our second time staying here. Everything is always great, can’t beat the price so close to the beach as well!
