Hampton Inn Ft. Lauderdale-Cypress Creek

Older hotel that has been revamped, but kept clean hallways always smelled nice. Rooms a little tight and no full mirrors which was a major ding for me. Otherwise staff was friendly and breakfast was decent.

Everything was awesome as always

This was a 1 night stay with 2 rooms before our cruise. The staff was wonderful! The rooms were a bit out dated and one of the rooms had a lot of stains/items needing repaired… but it was good for 1 night. We would stay again!

Breakfast can be improved

Breakfast was good! Space is a bit cramped. Wish Hilton would support/invest in their smaller mid- range properties as opposed to their bougie upscale properties or their vacation club. The facility needs to be updated- in a major way. Flooring- cracked, chipped, scratched, stained both in common areas and room. The toilets are outdated/ almost fell because it’s not chair height nor are they the water saving kind so had to hold down the lever to make sure flush was completed. Rugs- pretty dirty both in common areas and rooms. I waked barefoot in my room before heading to shower-and I left dirt prints in bathtub- every time I took a shower! Rug in front of elevator on first floor- pretty dirty. Musty smell throughout the common areas. Elevator is scary- when stops on floor- kind of makes couple of shakes before doors open. You have a wonderful staff- 5 stars! Hope Hilton respects staff enough to invest in upgrading the property so hotel can earn 5 stars across the board. As a corporate travel consultant, I would not recommend this property to my clients.

The staff was friendly and did an amazing job job of helping and ensuring the stay was great. The room was tiny and extremely humid.

In regards to breakfast, I would suggest another meat option. Everyone doesn't eat pork.

Clean, convenient location. It is an older property that needs some refreshing.

Evening staff was very friendly and helpful. It was not clean. The bedding on one of the beds was dirty and the sheets did not feel clean. We found dirt in the beds and the floor around the beds was filthy. It looked like it had not been vacuumed or cleaned. The tub floor was dirty as well.

Only one lady at the front desk was kinda rude otherwise I enjoyed my stay everyone was super friendly and helpful I will definitely be back

Great location and good breakfast. No towels available at the pool even when I asked. The evening check-in run smoothly and the receptionist was very nice.

My friend and I just traveled for a milestone birthday getaway and had the best stay! The hotel was clean & the staff was extremely helpful! They were able to give us recommendations to make our trip great. The breakfast was amazing. So many options and everything was hot and fresh. The pool area was quiet and clean. Pool temperature was on point! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
