The beds were comfortable and the girl downstairs was goos That there was no coffee or pot in the room and when aaked about it was just given a coffee pot and cup nothing else

The staff were nice but the laundry room was awful dirty nasty old it was so gross using there laundry room but I had no choice to use it after checkout I went to a clean laundry mat to rewash my clothes, the air condition in my room was running on one filter it had two slots but one was missing, the floors were very dirty I had to clean it myself the shower had stains I had to bleach it myself the carpet was stained and dirty it was nasty as hell I understand they were remodeling but still it was gross I asked for a extra pillow they gave me a crappy one that was all punched up together that I couldn’t make it flat lol the microwave was nasty it was all rusted inside at least replace it the stove was rusted I don’t think I’d stay there again only bc it was nasty even after remodel I don’t think I’d stay there.

To be honest, they need to be more professional. They need to clean. They need to give him maintenance to all the rooms they all stink. They’re leaking water on the bathroom sink just a lot of Hotel with the same price. Don’t even bother yourself to stay there.

The check in… She was on her phone the entire time on a personal call as she was checking me in! Didn’t even say hi. You are at work,,,,,so work! Besides that. I liked the place, easy parking, clean.

The room itself was very clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It wasn’t a huge issue for me but there was the very heavy smell of marijuana being smoked around the hotel. Since I didn’t get to bed until 4:30 am I had hoped to sleep in however @8am there was loud and constant pounding on the door. No way was I going check who was beating on the door. At check out I discovered that it was housekeeping knocking since my room was listed as VACANT. I did make it down for the breakfast prior to the 9am ending but there was no coffee left and I was able make tea and instant oatmeal with the “hot water” which evidently had been turned off and was barely warm. The kitchen had nothing in the cupboard, no glasses no flatware totally empty cupboards. The main redeeming feature was the excellent staff at the front desk! Very professional and friendly.

Lights and tv didn’t work. Property and room poorly maintained. Front Desk agent very nice.

Bathtub was so filthy it was unusable. Refrigerator was unable to cool cans of soda. Television played only half of the listed channels. I had stayed here years ago but obviously nothing has been done to keep the business up to acceptable standards. Never again!!!
