Helpful staff, unfortunately AC did not keep it cool enough, I’d advise staying on a lower floor.

The bathroom door was broken. The room was hot all night. We were miserable. When we did speak to the front desk person she was rude and condescending towards my husband and said your not going to get your money back! Never again! Nothing

All of the renovation upgrades paid off we thoroughly enjoyed our stay this is a hotel that we will revisit again once we return to South Florida. The restaurant and bar staff made the biggest impact on our stay which allowed us to enjoy it even more.

I love this hotel. It’s beautiful inside as well as outside. Not too many people in the pool.

Older property with some character. The hotel could use updates, but overall it was a quiet and convenient stay. Our suite met our needs, and I appreciated the balcony, separate living area, and adjustable workstation. There were a few minor maintenance issues, but the atrium was beautiful and gave the space a nice indoor/outdoor feel.
