The ac unit was not working properly just the fan

The rooms were in decent condition. The bed was very plush, but the hotel itself needs a total renovation.

Clean Dining room and good service

It wasn’t what I expected.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice.The food was good also but waitress acted comed funny.

I had no real complaints, the staff was very sweet, check in was a breeze, my room was clean and for the most part comfortable (those chairs though already hard as a rock, I almost was better off sitting on the floor if I didn't need the desk). The bed was just the right amount of soft and supportive for my bad back. If I had one complaint, though, it's that the air conditioning system seems to be controlled by the hotel itself. The thermostat on the wall was turned off and literally hanging when I walked in (I had to set it back onto its hooks on the wall), and the window unit, no matter how low I set it, seemed to remain the same temperature, which at times was rather inconvenient due to me having medication related hot flashes, resulting in having to take a cold shower to cool off instead of just being able to adjust the temperature. Also, even though the room and bathroom were spacious enough to accommodate a wheelchair, there was a tub instead of a roll in shower, and no shower chair available in the handicap room.

It's probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked a deluxe room which didn't look anything even close to being deluxe. They gave me a room next to the lobby. I was hearing every noise and conversation. The room was extremely dirty and not maintained well. The housekeeper manager was unhelpful and she didn't know what she was doing. The staff were really amateurs. They didn't care. The room had leaking sink. Toilet seat was not placed properly and it was moving. Around 3 am, I woke up with the noise coming from the tv in the lobby. I called and asked the night manager named J. to turn it down. He didn't do it so I went there and turned the volume myself. He started yelling at me and said it needed to be on for the hotel guests. There was nobody in the lobby. He was watching tv himself. I told him I'd call the cops. He laughed at me. He was very nasty. He should be fired. He acts like he's working at Walmart. I stayed 1 night instead of 6 and checked out. Horrible motel, not hotel. Do not stay there. It's not worth your money.

the place was very nice, i will say that there wasn’t enough breakfast for me and my spouse due to a fifa world cup fan group staying in our hotel. other than that it was nice

The room.was very clean and the included breakfast was very good! The stay was perfect to stay the night before our cruise!

We were very happy with our stay. We have stayed at La Quinta in Oakland and had a great experience as well. Will definitely book again for future trips

The television needs more cable stations like HBO Showtime things like that
