The location is very good. Restaurant is good too. They don't give you beach umbrellas you have to pay extra for them.

This is my 3rd time staying here and I love it. It's in the perfect walking spot to the beach. It's away from the busy streets. I love the rooftop pool and the people that work at the bar there are amazing! Shout out to Cisco for taking good care of us. I will be returning again. The hotel is showing a bit of wear and tear so hoping that will be addressed eventually but overall another amazing stay.

Room had random hairs after they “cleaned” the room. There were other spots in the bathroom that had not been cleaned. The views are not great. If you get a room on the 1st floor you cannot open the window blinds unless you want people walking by to see in. Overall one of my most unfavorable hotel stays.

Cisco noticed that I was sitting on a lounge chair without cushions and promptly retrieved some for me. His kind nature and willingness to make me comfortable are truly appreciated.

I adore this hidden gem. The feel of a boutique hotel with the best offerings; two pools (one rooftop pool which is amazing with its own bar and food), and an equally amazing restaurant on site (La Fuga) as well. Also, the majority of the staff are so nice, from the valet to the bartenders. They were doing some work on the hotel which was close to the room I stayed in so I would hear the workers coming in/out. Although it wasn’t too much of a nuisance, it just shows that they upkeep and maintain the premises which is great. This is my third stay and I’ll definitely be back.

From the moment we arrived , the hospitality was amazing. We loved the social hour. The breakfast was great. Overall the staff were just the friendliest we’ve ever seen . Will absolutely be going back .

Floor in the room had several delaminated tiles which wasn't ideal but difficult to fix when occupied. Additionally, the curtains on the first floor were only privacy curtains so little light could come through unless you wanted anyone who walked by the ability to look in. Again, decent stay but certainly for $40/night fee (no beach chair's with umbrellas, just the chairs) was expensive for a room that needed a little more care and accommodation.

My dog is a tough customer! He's a loud little guy, and the staff here was so accommodating and patient and it really helped me, a solo traveler, have peace of mind and relax. It's rare to find that, and my dog loved being there and was very comfortable in the room and was welcome throuhgout the entire property. So grateful. The staff is very affable and helpful. They also offer free wine each evening at 5pm which is great. The restaurant is really lovely, too, for breakfast and dinner. And the location of the hotel is amazing — it's just five minutes away from the beach. The room was clean and quiet. We were in 236 which was a large, corner unit on the second floor. It was really perfect for me and my dog and had a large king sized bed, a fridge, a TV, and a very tidy and new-looking bathroom. There was also a little sofa. Overall I'd come back here in a heartbeat. So many places to explore on the property, from the rooftop bar, to the pool, to the restaurant, to the room itself, and if you're traveling alone as a woman or with a pet, I'd highly recommend it.

I've been coming to this hotel, for years the location is perfect. 2 blocks from the beach. The hotel has 2 pools and the best rooftop pool with the best views of the city. They also allow dogs 🐕 which is the best part. And theres a gate on both sides to get out to walk the dog. My stay here at the kimpton hotel has been amazing! They even allow a later check out for an extra fee. Geno the front desk attendant and the other lady I forgot her name, was very welcoming and accommodating to me and Jojo our dog. I can't wait until next year to return again for the best vacation.

The rooftop pool was amazing and one of our favorite parts of the hotel. Overall, we had a very nice experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider coming back!

Awesome couples getaway. Staff was very nice and helpful, and hotel was clean. A great area too with restaurants nearby and easy access to beach. Would recommend!
