The place is great - value for money. Quite clean. Street parking is a huge challenge, a great inconvenience and quite off putting. Try arrange with nearby buildings for parking at a fee. There was noise at night - couldn't tell from which floor, but it was quite bad The throw on the bed needed a wash

The facility’s amenities, everything we needed was available. Full briefing of entering and leaving the facility. We struggled with the main entrance door not knowing we use our key when coming in, we were not told.

Everything else in the room was ok except for.... ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ The bed was not comfortable. The mattress protector was dirty The bedside lamps were not stable There were no toaster There's small cockroaches in the fridge

It was good , was able to check in later after the check in time , the location is at the centre and closer to a lot of places to explore Cape Town , it’s safe from outside till inside , but there’s no housekeeping , had to clean for ourselves everyday , example (using the same towels for 4 days ) , and all other hygiene stuff ..

It was nice and beautiful I didn’t like about the place because it was dirty, found some popcorn on the floor and under the bed .

I had to wait a long time for the host to give me the keys, and the security at the door was extremely rude and unwelcoming throughout the wait.

Comfortable. lack socket next the table to connect the laptop and on bathroom.

Reported DSTV & Remote controller not working. Was promised to repair, was not done for full duration of stay
