We travel often and we do read every review on a hotel we book, but this hotel was disappointing unfortunately did not feel like a Marriott property at all. The rooms are very rundown and need updating. We didn’t enjoy the staff. They were all very friendly.

I planned to stay for a bit but ended up leaving early and canceling future reservations due to inconsistency with shuttle service (called from airport and was told it was down for two days without it being advertised online that it was out of service), poor water pressure (and lack of hot water unless in the shower for an extended period), poor location with no immediate restaurants or stores around, restaurant randomly closing early without prior notice and again the inconsistent shuttle service that forced me to pay $30 at least twice to get back to hotel from airport on two different days. Also, the AC is out in the gym so just an obnoxiously loud fan that they’ve placed inside in the meantime that made it hard to even hear through my headphones for a workout. I tried to the restaurant for happy hour and only ordered drinks - those were standard- decided to order Uber Eats and while finishing drinks and waiting for order to arrive neighbor at the bar ordered the ribeye and said it was extremely tough and wouldn’t recommend any of the food off the menu. Location is renovated so it’s nice aesthetically, just didn’t provide what I needed to feel the most comfortable as someone who travels often. I value a good shower, consistent service and somewhere to grab something quick if needed nearby. Staff was half helpful in resolving concerns.

Everything was clean staff was nice I would definitely recommend the restaurant walking distance sooooo freaking good

Everything as great from the front desk to the lounge and the room. Thank you. Also the beds are extremely comfortable, did not want to get out of it.
-
Unmentioned paid parking. The "private" bathroom had no door, offering zero privacy for my family. Staff were unhelpful and dismissive, requiring a two-hour call with Expedia to secure a refund.

Did not get the room I reserved

The Lobby area was nice and clean. The bartender was quite short when I asked a question [ Not the one with curly mustache and wore black he actually helped me instead of turning me away uncaring like the other bartender in blue shirt/khaki shorts]. The front desk guy was nice as well tall dark Afro Americans offered a resolution after about 7 ppl from from different rooms came down for breakfast at 9;28 and was told that breakfast was over. The front desk guy did his best to try and help every who was angry and hungry. In the room the phone didn’t work. The t.v didn’t turn off and there were no plastic bags for the garbage and no chairs nd table on the balcony as advertised. These may seem small but when you on vacation to get away you don’t want to have to go down stairs for everything. My last trip the lobby was going through renovations I was glad to see it was completed but the hidden aspect need to be addressed. It have so much potential but these things can ruin or annoy anyone trip who just want the small things nd peace and quiet
