Fantastic and friendly staff, very helpful and organized. Convenient from Airport to hotel and hotel to ship, with free shuttle. If you are looking for a 10 star hotel, its not that but it checks all other boxes

Hotel staff for check-in was fine on day one. Watch the bait and switch pricing for return “day rates” offered. We were offered a low price to come back for a day rate on our return from our cruise and my MIL booked one so she could have a place to stay instead of the airport for her late return flight. They would not honor it even though she booked before the cruise. Rude staff to say the least. Shuttle service was good getting us from the airport, but getting us from the port was much later than their estimate and would not answer calls when requesting an update.

The room was clean just the normal wear and tear from over the years. We had a very nice stay.

If you are looking for a no frills stay this is it. They do what they do very well in terms of getting you to your cruise or airport. Restaurant on site was convenient but service was slow (even with few patrons). Fire alarm went off multiple times due to a banquet room using sparklers to celebrate. People coming and going was quite loud and chaotic. Rooms were noisy (loud ac unit and small fridge keep making loud cracking noises), wasn't able to get much sleep. Again what they do well is transportation service to your cruise or airport and some might find that being most important. if you are looking for a quiet night, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a budget friendly night stay at a busy hotel and free transportation it might be ok for you. I'm gonna pass next time for something a bit quieter.

The location was not the most ideal but the staff members were helpful with guidance and information. The facility was some what clean but still had insects roach and other negative. It was only a one night stay so it was workable. I would not repeat the stay

I liked the sports bar. They were very nice and the food was great. However the check-in process is weird with a virtual assistant that you cannot understand. The front desk staff are friendly but scattered like they have too much work and can’t focus. Then the breakfast wasn’t included with my stay which makes zero sense because of the price of the stay to what the breakfast actually had to offer. It was embarrassing how the lady told me I wasn’t allowed to eat there. It just wasn’t a good experience.

Booked this because of a cruise. Shuttles from airport was fast and the driver called before he arrived. You need to call the property once you get your luggage to lbe picked up. Check in was with a virtual agent when you arrive was fast and they reserved my cruise shuttle for the next day. Drivers were great and I would reserve this again for a cruise

Stayed the night before a cruise and it was everything we needed. Cruise shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was great.

The beds where clean but floors in both rooms 3103 and 3104 were very dirty your feet was black from just walking across the floor. The shower door in room 3104 was messed up. You need to wear water shoes when going into the pool there was something sharp in it around the line were it went to deep water.

I would get a refund if I could. We showed up to the facilities and immediately left to go to a Hilton. People smoking all over the place, trash on the ground, stains on the walls and holes in the floor. Not even suitable for an animal to stay.
