Best Western Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port

Fantastic service and very good stay.

Some of the other staff at reception were a little rude, which was disappointing. The breakfast was okay, but it could definitely be better. It felt a bit cheap, but overall it was acceptable. One issue was that there was not enough soap provided. The soap was very small and seemed low quality, and it was not enough for the stay. The TV was okay, but there was nothing really available for kids. I was disappointed that there was no Netflix or better entertainment options, especially because my little one was expecting something to watch. Another issue was the transportation to the cruise port. The hotel should offer transportation to the port at a more convenient and affordable price. Charging per person makes it too expensive, especially for families. The transportation to the port was not affordable at all. Overall, there were some good parts of the experience, especially the helpful staff members, but there is definitely room for improvement.

The bath tub was higher than expected and when I went to get out of the shower I slipped, twisted my foot, and fell…. I had the towel on the floor so I’m not sure what happened other than the extra space that I didn’t realize was there….

Every thing was very good except for the bed was pretty uncomfortable I think the mattress seen it’s end. 😐

Room was clean, staff was nice and breakfast was good.

My family and I were very pleased with our accommodations. The continental breakfast was good room was clean and we didn’t realize how close we were to the cruise port anyway we would stay here again.

There was no transfers from the airport after 10:45 pm. It would have been nice to know. No free water in the room. Front desk woman was rude and sour!!!

The location was nice the staff was great I did not like that I had topay for parking, I travel eachh month and was looking for some place to stay when I travel. But I dont want to pay to park my car over nignt in the parking lot. So I will be looking for some place ese to stay that have FREE PARKING

There was allot of loud noise, and I was unable to sleep. The bed made nose every time I moved. This stay was not pleasant. The staff on the other hand d was very helpful, and professional

Conveniently located and clean. Allowed parking for cruise. The Lobby restrooms were out of order.

I can’t say enough about the property, specially about supervisor “Trisha” her kindness went beyond even of anyone’s expectation, she did allowed me to reschedule my stay to the next day without the penalties, I called the property to explain my situation of having a problem with my car rental on the road and not being able to make it, she helped me out. Thank you so much Trisha!!!
