Very clean ,very good breakfest and the servuce was good and nice and close to the airport and port everglades

I don’t like the fact that you need to pay for parking.

Close to port No restaurant, cross busy street for food

We had a lovely stay at this property. Mack media experience seamless and was so accommodating.. He was so kind and ensured that our stay was enjoyable. His help and attention to details made it a 5 star experience. Mac’s customer service skills in conjunction with a beautiful property made this stay memorable.

It was an emergency situation and this hotel filled the bill perfectly.

Airport pick up is took a long time to arrive. Waited almost an hour. Check in is also took a long time, only 1 person working there . Very bad experience .

Nice rooms. Easy to get to the hotel. Hallways were too hot, No air conditioning. The ac in the rooms weren’t real good either.

The hotel rooms, lobby and eating area had been renovated and were really very nice and well decorated.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable- a/c was useful and necessary in August. Good stopover before we boarded the cruise the next day.

Property needs some maintenance- looks old.

There were several suspicious individuals on bicycles looking into parked cars at the hotel parking lot due to lack of security provided by the hotel.
