The Garden Hotel & Resort

The room lacked a full-length mirror, making it challenging for my friend and me to get ready. We had to share the bathroom mirror while the other one was in the shower. The bathroom shower had a half-glass door, causing water to spill out of the bathtub. There was no closet for storage in the room. Photos of the room showed a balcony, but not every building has one. Our room window was positioned in front of the wall, resulting in excessive darkness unless we turned on the lights. Opening the window raised privacy concerns because it faced the hallway, and people could see inside the room while walking by. Additionally, the windows were not tinted. Only thing i like was wood floor in room and tile floor in bathroom.

Had a nice stay my room was clean. The AC worked good no complaints.

Great property excellent location. My only complaint is the tub. Draining was terrible and no shower curtain partially open tub

This hotel was decent. However it’s advertised as a resort and most of the rooms are more motel style. My husband and I were woken up at 3am due to a very loud noise. They were leaf blowing water from the rain outside by hotel room. It went on for about 2 hours. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on next door to you. The beach was close and they provided a shuttle which was nice. You are further from los olas beach/area.

( Shuttle Roundtrip airport shuttle (surcharge) Area shuttle (surcharge) up to 3 m, from Expedia site) and the shuttle to the beach was not available on Monday. The food was great, and Rhone ( bartender) was amazing

Nothing Staff and cleaners are abrupt ... very rude. A black lady who I think is the manager is veru kind and helpfull

Close to everything I have to be honest, there was nothing i didn't like.

The real star at this place is the staff - I had reasons to interact/ ask questions of several of the staff members and without exception they went ‘above and beyond’ to answer my question and/ or accommodate my needs. Cannot compliment them enough!!

This is the place if you visit F L Florida ❤️ it’s close to everything just minutes away.

I didn’t liked how the shuttle guy didn’t same to want to take us anywhere other than that it was good.

The food at restaurant at hotel was absolutely delicious!! We are a family of four and we all enjoyed our stay.

The staff and the easy access

This is ok hotel, nothing luxury but good to stay for business purpose as in my situation. Basic room but quite recent, nice bathroom, this was really good. Breakfast was expensive (over 30USD) for what you get (no buffet, on order only). First day of my stay the breakfast was not open yet (4th of August) at 7AM and the lady was not friendly. Swimming pool small but nice and close located to the room which was very convenient. Lady on the check out was 'ok' friendly but lacked some enthusiasm and smile. No possibility settling already check out invoice without losing access to my room. Large parking lot available 19USD/day.
