Best Western Luxbury Inn Fort Wayne

Its i. A very good location.

Breakfast was good but they ran out quickly . Pool was shut serval times when we was there and the lights around pool wasent working . We was on 3rd floor with a handicap family member and elevator was broke . She couldn't stay on first floor due to thoose being for people with animals and she has a allergy . We had no water pressure in shower . Bathroom haf hair on shower and stuff on walls. Sum of staff was rude epically once when we had to go ask for a fresh pillowcase because my toddler diaper leaked . I do not plan to stay here again plus ac in room was struggling hard to work and very loud . There also no screens or locks on windows on third floor definitely not safe for a family with small kids.

The room was huge. Definitely large for the cost. One appeal was the jacuzzi tub. However the water flow was minimal and in no way would have filled the tub before the temperature dropped. On shower, the pressure was very minimal. More like a drizzle. Breakfast had many options and was decent. Great option for the cost overall. Everyone in the staff we interacted with was nice.

Room was as described and pictures were accurate. Check-in was quick and easy. Nearby to many restaurants and shops, as well as close to highway which made traveling easy.

The elevator was not working and the front desk was not aware (or had not been made aware at handover). However, they did accommodate us in a similar room on the ground floor. Rooms were clean but the shower faucet was not functional and the water was not quite hot enough.

No water pressure in shower plus bathroom light didn’t work and also elevator quit working so my handicapped mother had trouble getting to room and ac in room didn’t work good

It was a one night stay. Everything was fine except the shower head. It was completely covered in Black Mold. I didn’t take a shower and left.

The location. That's about it. No hot water in the shower either day we were there. When I told the night desk clerk on the 2nd night he said "yeah, that happens sometimes, even in the kitchen. Just let the water run until it heats up"?!?!?! So...the next morning I let the water run for 35 minutes and finally had my 2nd cold shower as I was traveling that day and needed the shower. The room was really run down and I'm sure the cleaning staff do their best but maybe clean the carpet sometime? I was extremely disappointed and we've been traveling a lot lately back and forth to the hospital. The online reviews really misled us. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Just horrible.

It's a great place to stay while on vacation. I have no complaints. The staff were very friendly. I would recommend the Luxbury Inn to anyone coming to Fort Wayne for a stay.

I went back to reception, there was a change of staff coming in, only to be told there’s nothing they could do about it as the hotel was fully booked, he basically couldn’t careless and looked like he had just fallen out of bed himself, it was around 3pm in the day. I was on the ground floor close to reception and they could hear the dog barking but done nothing. 11.30 pm the dog starts barking again, again they done nothing. 5.45am again the dogs barking and they done nothing. I have nothing against dogs as I have one myself. But when I’m travelling for work I like to get some rest. Very frustrating when the dog owner and hotel staff don’t care.

The front desk guy on 7/26/27 was not overly friendly. He seemed quite bored with his job. Hotel was fine and clean. A good place to stay for one night.

Clean and comfortable

Alittle run down. A lot of people hanging around in parking lot. Overall though clean and OK.

The cleanliness and appearance of the room were excellent The shower drain was extremely slow and you ended up standing in dirty shower water

Great cleaning staff that assist in my room change! Everyone was very helpful!

The room was not clean. Carpet was very dirty. The tub would not drain. The new TV needed programming and desk personal didn't know how. I was sick for 2 days after eating the breakfast. I will never stay there again.

Very nice, good food, friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and nice. There wasn’t anything we disliked, they were completely booked but still everything was clean and available.
