Nice stay. The breakfast food was good.

My check in time was 3pm. I couldn't check in till 5 because the front desk told me my room was not clean. My sheets had stains on them. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The eggs were burnt. The bacon was so hard it crumbled...Would not recommend.

We chose this hotel because it had a king, 2 queen, and sofa bed room that seemed perfect for our family. The set up worked well, but the hotel itself is dingy and gross. The ice machine on our floor was broken, the toilets didn’t flush properly, the chairs in the room were old and ripped up, and everything was just stained and grungy and outdated. Finger prints all over stuff in the room. The breakfast was ok, nothing special, if you could even get a clean plate or spoon. We ended up eating out first breakfast because of all the mishaps. Def would recommend getting a place that’s got better ratings. 3 stars is generous for this one.

When we got to the hotel we had to wait 10 mins to check in, no one at desk. When we got to the room it was clean. Pool area was clean. At breakfast bith times there were no clean plates and the girl handling it both days seemed like she didnt know what to do, when food was out you had to wait to refill. On first day the pancake batter was thick. The other lady working seemed frustrated by the young girl working in the breakfast area and had to explain to make sure she was collecting the dirty plates to take back to wash. Check out went smooth. The visit was decent.

Room was dirty. We told staff twice and nothi bff was done about it. The breakfast was nice and it was a convent location but I expected a much cleaner room.

The 2 bedroom suite was awesome. The hotel was clean. Wonderful stay!

The room was NOT clean and the concierge downstairs seemed completely indifferent. The hotel appears rundown and uncared for. The shower head wouldn't turn, there were black specks all over the bed, there was a giant urine spot on the mattress under the sheets, and the smell of the room was musty. The floor had not been vacuumed. Altogether not a pleasant stay.

The size of the rooms and the fact that they corrected a major issue that they caused. Well I booked a two bedroom suite because of the people we had on the trip with us. Upon arriving at check in I was told that our two bedroom suite was changed to a normal queen suite because someone that stayed in a suite the night before decided to extend their stay and it took the suite that we had booked months in advance. They put us in a standard queen room which was not going to work for us, which is why I booked a 2 bedroom suite in the first place. They are lucky that they had 2 rooms with adjourning doors to correct the issue and I made sure that I paid the same amount for the 2 rooms as I would have the suite. This was completely unacceptable for the hotel to do as they do not know a person's situation when they book a particular room with certain requirements to begin with. Overall they did correct the issue and we paid just slightly more than we should have because of tax. It was a big turn off from the beginning though. Also breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and there were not many options at all. Pretty sure there was no food staff working and the front desk person was handling front desk issues as well as breakfast food so things were not kept up on during breakfast and most food options were empty with an hour still remaining for breakfast to be served.

Staff was friendly, room was neat and clean. The breakfast however..didnt look appealing. We came down for breakfast at 8am and the eggs and patatoes were dried out and looked like they were sitting for quite a few hours and there weren't hardly any left in the trays as well. The rest of the breakfast items were good to go. Still give 5 stars for the fact that the room was amazing.
