No issues, just a quick stay but was comfortable and quiet.

Only thing I liked was how big the room was The pool was absolutely disgusting didn’t use . Was all green and nasty , paint chipped everywhere , stuff floating in pool , I also reserved my room 2 weeks in advance atleast and asked for a ground floor and got put in the third floor as I’m handicap and had problems walking , the elevator needs replaced the whole hotel needs remodeled everything outdated and the fridge stunk like old food . So I didn’t use that either .

Feel very misled by hotel photos. Photos showed a hot tub in pool area, reason I booked, which appears has been blocked off for some time. The bed sheets were clean but super humid, felt like sleeping with wet towels.

Our room was clean and a great size. Staff was nice when checking in. The towel service was awesome! Location is great. Will definitely stay again.

100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. Bianca, thank you for your help. This is not on IHG. This is a cluster by Expedia.
