Overall 5 out of 5 there were a few things that could use improvement but overall satisfied with our stay.

The location had been hit by big storms the day before I arrived and it rained the entire stay. The staff lent us an umbrella to use for the gravesite service we had in the rain - MUCH appreciated.

For the price of the room the quality of the breakfast could have been better. Hotel was very good but booking .com was horrible and caused nothing but problems when we got there to check in. Took us over an hour to check in due to booking .com Booking .com will never use them again

Our stay was just fair. The bathroom fan didn't work, the bed pillows were very flat, the tub was very slippery when using the shower (not sure if the cleaner used was not rinsed well) and the cleaning staff yelling in the morning from one end of the hall way to the mid hall way (actually this woke me)

They moved me to another hotel which was substandard and priced the same at the Hampton. Very dirty and lacked amenities. Not happy

Great location and a good variety of places to eat nearby. Hotel was easy to locate and off a major interstate. The room was inviting and very clean. It had adequate towels and service. I have repeatedly reserved a room here because of all of the above.

The staff was very friendly, We were there 4 nights and trash was emptied once and towels were never changed. Otherwise everything else was great. Breakfast was good too.

I booked 2 upgraded rooms well in advance for an adult son and his adult daughter and granddaughter. My card was charged. They were coming for my husband’s 80th birthday party. When checking in, they were told they had no available rooms. How can this happen?
