The location was excellent and the breakfast had a good variety. Some staff were not very helpful.

Love the look of the Hotel and the staff where amazing Rooms are tiny and very open to the bathroom.

The food I ordered, a curry, was not cooked properly. I ordered a dessert (brownie) that was served frozen, showing that the cook didn't know that cakes needed to be thawed. That happens in two different day's.

Friendly staff, easy access to Monte Casino, safe parking for car. Overall a good experience.

The reception staff will he my only complaint. (The rest of the staff were amazing and friendly). The reception staff were unfriendly lack personality. Would really suggest some customer engagement training for them.
