Convenient location, good rates Old facilities, creaking doors and an entire school of kids that was hosted next door and ruined one of the nights.

We asked to sit outside which we were told is fine. I asked one of the staff if we could get some cutlery etc. outside and she said she would arrange it. I went back after quite a while to ask her where it was, and she pointed to a counter and said she left it there for me. I thought that was very poor. The breakfast was fairly average to be honest, not the greatest experience I have had in a hotel. I checked in at 14:15, and was sent to a room that still had not been cleaned or prepared. I went back downstairs to inform reception and the lady was very kind and sincere in apologising. She did offer another room but it wasn't one that met my requirements or what I booked for. I eventually got into the room at 15:30 while housekeeping was finishing up. I was disappointed that there was no small fridge in the room, nor was there any water provided for drinking. I would have paid for this if I had known, it's a small thing but does make a difference to a traveller.

We arrived at 10am and did not fit into the breakfast time, nor the lunch time. Possibly a small menu for teas could be added?

Good simple room with easy safe access.

Breakfast was excellent, everything about it was superb First night TV and the plugs were off from 22;00. I was travelling with my daughter and she has programs she likes on TV and it was really a bad experience for her. The fact that even the plugs were not working and our phones needed to be charged and we could not do that. It was just a disappointment. When I call again in the morning, it was fixed from somewhere I don't know.

This was a convenient and easy going stay near Monte Casino. Everything functioned to expectation, and the pool facilities were tip top! Breakfast not being included, but understandable and should not deter one from booking their stay
