Kindly have signages for your reception area especially in your parking bays. We struggled to get to your reception area. All was well.

We visit regularly, love everything This time round the shower leaked into the toilet room..other than that everything was great

The hotel is perfect for a show at Montecasino (close and safe). Although we could simply walk across the road, we loved using the free golf cart transport. Nothing - it was all perfect. Wish we could stay longer to enjoy the pool and restaurant.

At 5:30 in the morning someone burst into our room…. With a keycard???? Shouting and yelling. How is it possible? I don’t feel save there anymore…i use to stay there when i go to Joburg. Because i think it is safe. Or not? We report it to reception when we check out.

Always enjoy the venue as close to monte itself and access to all restaurants. The bath was great with a hatch looking into the bedroom, very relaxing. A shame we arrived late from the airport so food was closing but the concierge guy quickly sped us over to monte after dropping our case off and we got fed! Sadly when we got back TV didn't work, phoned reception. MJ the Manager came up then lights went off. In the end we had to change rooms at midnight which I wasn't happy with. Still MJ arranged a late checkout and a comp. Brekkie for the inconvenience. Offered wine too but didn't want. MJ handled the situation very well but we only got in bed at 1h15! Late one for me but hey it was my birthday. Quite eventful after all

always liked the Pivet Only reason for a lower score is they messed up our booking. We booked a double room 10 days in advance ....upon arrival they said they couldnt find one available...after much running arpund and showing us other options they managed to get a double room for us.

Safe and close to the facilities at casino. Great breakfast. The room had a smell of cigarette smoke and the ac was very noisy.
