Since my arrival the staff showed me their empathy and makes me feel comfortable. Also, it was a good chance to practice my Portuguese hehe. Each question or request I had was solved in the best way. All was perfect for me.

The staff was very helpful - accommodated the "parking" of my rented bicycle overnight, and allowed me to stay (for a fee) till evening till the departure of my bus. The hotel is within a short walking distance from the bus terminal. From the last (or last but one?) floor where my room was, there was a good view over a large part of the city, including the Viewing Wheel near the Marco das Três Fronteiras.
