Quiet and clean!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations for several reasons. The most significant issue was the soundproofing, which was the worst I have ever experienced. Our room was separated from the neighboring room by a simple door rather than a solid wall. As a result, we could hear everything: people walking, talking, and even using the bathroom. Neighbors waking up at 6:00 AM and talking loudly made it impossible to sleep. The room amenities were also lacking. There was no complimentary tea, coffee, or even bottled water provided. Charging for water in the minibar felt quite unreasonable for this level of accommodation. Furthermore, the leisure area (pool and jacuzzi floor) was in poor condition. The billiard table was neglected, with broken cue tips, a dirty/vandalized surface, and a broken rack. The table tennis was equally disappointing; the plastic paddles were of poor quality, and the table's location right across from the entrance created a draft that made it impossible to play. Overall, the lounge area was so uninviting that we had no desire to return after our first visit. I hope the management takes these points into consideration for future improvements.

Exceptional

Super comfortable and clean, comfy beds, big bathroom, nice facilities. The location itself is not beautiful, but it's right beside the main bus station and a 10 minutes Uber to the main street with nice restaurants and bars. The location is a bit ugly and you might see some homeless people roaming around

I liked the room and the bed was amazing and so big. The breakfast was very complete and had all type of food. The room could have water bottles for the price of the room.

The staff is very friendly. Bruna, Antonio, Alexandro and others are very polite and helpful. Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom. Nice pool area with ping pong table, pool table and comfy cheats. Exceptional breakfast. Definitely recommend. Not in the city center but not a big problem, close enough

Windows are isolated, so it is pretty quiet. Breakfast is pretty good. Their air conditioning has a lot of bugs and doesn t work properly. I asked for help and they insisted that the windows were open (which they were not) and they didn t fix it.

This hotel is a hidden gem right in front of the bus station. Despite the busy location, it’s impressively quiet, offering a peaceful stay. The property is new and impeccably clean, with attention to detail that truly stands out. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to satisfy any appetite. If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and cleanliness, this hotel is an excellent choice. Its location near the bus station makes it perfect for travelers, and the quality of the amenities and service makes it well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Right next to the bus station! Easy to locate, kind staff, clean facilities.

Everything is very clean, the rooms are big and the pool area is nice! Breakfast is very good.

Close to the highway for traveling purposes.

Clean Lacked electrical ports for USA devices. Windows were not soundproof. Can hear traffic and dogs at night.

The staff was really friendly and helpful The location was a bit troublesome if you are planning to go see the falls and travel by plane. But this location is more suitable for those travelers taking the bus

Its location is great; right next to the international bus station. The beds are huge and extremely comfy. The breakfast was quite good. The Jacuzzi was not hot and quite dirty. We didn’t want to go in it. The game area is like from 20 years ago.

breakfast was excellent, they have a pool table, electronic games and a little park for children, is a very complete experience. Staff was excellent as well. Room card demagnetized randomly
