The staff were very friendly and bilingual. Thank you Larissa Alexia, our best friendly receptionist! The hotel is close to our congress venue and downtown. So it was convenient. They had a free scale in the bathroom, ATM and souvenirs shop. The breakfast was plentiful and included a wide variety with Brasilian delights sea. The cable TV didn't have movies or movie channels.

The single room was awesome with a tub and warm shower. The breakfast was excellent and the facilities like a game room, swimming pool and playground are perfect for families traveling with children. Not far from bus stops. The cable TV didn't have film channels. The souvenirs shop closed at noon.

The hotel is very conveniently located on the main road entering Foz do Iguaçu, which made arrival and getting around very easy. It was only a 15 to 20 minute Uber ride, depending on traffic, to the main attractions, including Iguazú Falls, the Bird Park, and the newly inaugurated aquarium. Transportation was extremely easy and affordable. Uber Comfort rides in Foz do Iguaçu were surprisingly inexpensive compared to U.S. prices — probably the cheapest thing we paid for during the entire trip — which made getting around very convenient. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. I stayed with my family — my wife and my twin 11-year-old daughters — and they absolutely loved it. It was Brazilian-style breakfast with a great variety of options, including a separate crepe station for both savory and sweet crepes, omelets, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, cheeses, a wide variety of juices, coffee, and many other items. It was a great way to start each day. The hotel is a three-star property with more of a 90s-style decor, but everything is very well maintained and clean. Our room was comfortable, air-conditioned, and very functional. We stayed in a double room with one queen bed and two single beds for the girls, and the beds are modular, so you can easily push them together to make another queen if needed. There was hot water in both the sink and the shower, clean closets, a safe in the room, and everything was spotless and well organized. The room also had a minibar with snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They spoke Spanish and enough English to communicate easily, which made everything very accessible for us. Downstairs there is a vending machine and a small boutique/souvenir store, which was very convenient. The hotel also has a nice pool with a bar and feels very family-friendly. Overall, we had a great stay and the hotel offers excellent value for money. If you are looking for a modern European boutique-style hotel with contemporary design, this may not be the right choice. The decor is more classic and traditional. That said, everything is clean, well maintained, and everything works perfectly.

Good room, nice view. Staff was nice though they didn’t speak english and hardly spanish, making communication difficult. The food was okay, outdoor area was nice. Located a bit far away from everything. Also very audible. Overall good experience but nothing extraordinary

The room was very basic; it did not have any utensils (glasses, cups, water heater for coffee, etc), the refrigerator was empty (no beverages to choose from), the room accommodation was very basic as well. Breakfast was average. Not as expected The room.... nothing in it but the beds, no blankets, the refrigerator was empty, no utensils like cups or glass. The eggs at the breakfast table was not good! The whole breakfast was very basic
