It is easy to hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. There was no door sign if you wanted privacy or to have the room cleaned.

The best hotel in Foz do Iguaçu, the location is close to the center and a large shopping mall, the breakfast is exceptional, the cleanliness is incredible and the service is way above average, especially by the receptionist Helton, who is very kind and attentive, he gave us several tips about the city and tourist attractions, his service made the stay worth it.

We arrived in the early hours of the morning after a late flight, but this wasn't a problem for the hotel. We were greeted by a friendly staff member who also helped with directions to nearby stores. The hotel has everything you need for a quick stay. A comfortable bed and good shower. Great breakfast with lots of options.

Room is smaller than expected. Few staff speak English, the rest staff not very familiar with language software.

The hotel was a bit far from the city center. There was no restaurant or market really close to the hotel (we needed to walk about 10 or 15 minutes to arrive at a shopping center). In general, we needed a taxi to go to a restaurant (lunch and dinner).
