My wife forgot her jacket in the room, less than 10 hours after we left I called the staff, and they said it couldn't be found, whicch is a lie. They likely took it for themselves.

The breakfast was good, the rooms were small but the beds were comfortable. I didnt like that on night 1, one of the rooms got flooded from water coming from one of the pipes, getting all of the things in the bag wet. They didnt even apologize. The next day we got trapped in the elevator for an hour, no one apologized either, and when the supervisor came in he just said "no more than 6 people at a time", which is not what is listed in the sign (it says 10 people maximum, we were 8). He, of course, did not apologize either.

The beds were comfortable, the location is great with access to a large mall with shops and a good food court to provide all your needs. The staff are good at multiple languages English, Portuguese, Spanish and Chinese from what I saw. The breakfast is great and well balanced with decent options the coffee is fantastic. The room let's you control your own room temperature which is nice. Shower was very slippery when wet and could be dangerous if caught off guard. No other problems

Breakfast was ok, staff was nice, and that's about it! I have stayed at several Ibis Budget hotels before and had decent experiences, but this one was a disaster. The room design was terrible – the bed faced the window, making it awkward, and the TV was placed on the side of the bed. Who thought that was a good idea? Watching TV was impossible without craning your neck. The bathroom was even worse. The shower door didn’t close properly, so every time I showered, the bathroom floor got completely soaked. This wasn’t just inconvenient; it felt unsafe with the constant risk of slipping. I usually choose Ibis Budget for its affordability and reliable basics, but this location has made me reconsider ever staying at the chain again. The lack of thought in the room layout and functionality was shocking. A budget hotel should still provide comfort and practicality, but this fell short on every level. Very disappointed.
