Breakfast was good It was cold and the hallways had the AC on. The AC on the bedroom was old and make a lot of noise

Staff was friendlier than average other hotels. They kindly referred me to the contracted tour agency when I asked about options to efficiently travel and see the Argentinian side of the Iguazu Falls. TV had hundreds of channels and Netflix available for free. There should be a better explanation on the no tossing toilet paper into the toilet because people from regions where toilet papers are tossed into the toilet are not familiar with the situation. Also, hotel restaurant was closed for dinner.

Oohh.. It's a terrible hotel I have never experienced in my life. It's horrible facilities. Please look atthe photo I posted. The bathroom was worse.

The hotel absolutely corresponded to what was stated in the description, the photos were also true. We were accepted before the official check in time. They replaced the room card we lost for free. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The Argentine wine at the bar is excellent. It's also great that you can go to the lounge, it's quite well-equipped. It can be quite noisy outside, and the windows do not protect against external noise.

Everything. The staff are great, the breakfast is amazing and the rooms are perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. We had a triple room - our 4 year old slept in the single bed - which was lower. Beds comfortably, shower big, good hairdryer… The restaurant on site was great too!

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is nice, but a little outdated, but functional, clean and well maintained. The Breakfast/ Restaurant area is like you are in Italy, including with Italian caffe crema (Italian coffee). Location is also ok, not very hard to reach the Iguazu Falls a little outdated, but well maintained.

Totally the hotel is nice. Just it is old, that is good and bad at the same time. I would probably recommend to change the towels to a new one as minimum. But the style of the hotel is wonderful, and staff very polite.

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. I had a door to a joining room inside my room. My neighbour was a bit noisy late at night and in the morning. I could hear everything they were doing inside their room.

only breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming, front desk staff no smile, no "hello" , on departure did not ask how was our stay, just made sure we paid the bill and thats it :) definitely not 4 star hotel standards rooms are very dated but clean, front desk not friendly unfortunately what is weird as the first impression is the last impression ...

Breakfast has good variety, but it's the same every day. Location is good - 5 min to shopping mall with supermarkets and food courts. Safety box in the room has no lock - so it's safe.
