Overall, this was a good hotel. My entire goal was to stay here while I visited the falls from both sides. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is comfortable and clean. Great value for money and offered a good breakfast. The property comes with a lovely pool area, which, unfortunately, I didn’t get to use. The hotel is easily accessible through Uber. And the falls are just 20-30 minutes away from the hotel, which can also be accessed by bus or Uber. The Wifi was slow or wasn't working at times, but not a major deal breaker since I had Data on my phone.

The hotel's central location makes it easy to plan outings. The staff is very friendly, including Daniel, Marcos, and even the travel agent, Roney. The condition of the room and TV could be improved, but it's acceptable.

We liked the location, the mattress quality for restful sleep and cleanliness of the space upon arrival. Breakfast was well served and tasty. Helpful staff when we asked to keep our bags during a day trip after having checked out. No hangers or wall hangings for towels, made it difficult to dry because it’s a humid climate. Curtain was positioned atop our heads, without room to bring mattress forward due to the twin bed. No chair in room. A bit overpriced for value.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. AC in the room. Rooms were VERY noisy. Mini fridge made a loud noise and sits next to the bed. Mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. Other guests were not polite and noisy at late hours, without any callout from management. On the last day, saw a roach in the breakfast area

The grounds are very slippery when wet from rain, especially around the pool.The breakfast and friendly staff were very helpful.
