The hotel is well loated in a safe and quiet area. Taxis were available just next to the hotel that you can hire to go to the touristic attractions. Located near nice restaurants, pharmacies and bars. Rooms are extremely comfy and big. Staff are always willing to help and the breakfast was amazing. The property have pool a gaming area.

Pros: Location! Nice pool area Thiago, the guest relations manager, who really goes above and beyond for his guests. He's always there with a smile and willing to help with anything! Cons: Limited foreign language skills (English) from most of staff Breakfast could be improved

Nothing much It was dirty room , bathroom was very dirty and nothing provided in the bathroom like shampoo etc … also no comforter just a sheet and blankets seemed dirty… the front staff wa rude and lied to us

However there was one issue that I hope was accidental unless a number of other customers had the same issue. When I paid with my credit card, the amount was converted to US dollar without my consent. My receipt showed 12% surcharge. I pointed out but the staff didn’t correct it. Also, this is the only hotel we stayed in Brazil that required date of birth.

Great location, the room is really spacious and nice. The breakfast has a lot of sweet options, I was missing a bit more of salty options.

Our taxi from the airport was perfect, price, punctuality, politeness everything was perfect. Returning to the airport was terrible, it did not turn up, making us very scared we would miss our flight. HORRIBLE. Lovely hotel. All great apart from the size of the room, it was tiny, tiny. Was not impressed for the price we paid.

They had a really nice breakfast buffet. The pool looked nice but we did not use it. No complaints.

Nice facilities and location. Staff was great. AC was not sufficient - room was warm and humid. Maid service was erratic.

Dinner is excellent, with a wide variety of meals.... tea served at 5 PM is a nice gesture. Location is great, hotel personnel so kind, easy going and is always wanting to serve guests the water of the swimming pool has a warm temperature and I prefer it to be cool. It is necessary that desktop computers with printer are offered, i.e., a Business Center or at least an Internet point

Good location No welcome drinks was offering, I saw some people having drinks when arrived . Lifts to access car park was broken .
