You can walk to the bus terminal. That is good. Beer at bar is good. And the girls at reception are helpful. Yogurt was good, thick. But I had to ask about it. Checkout time is also generous. Bed was very wide. The breakfast is terrible. There are exactly 3 items, that I'd consider as food: eggs, yogurt and oats. Otherwise it's all super unhealthy trash. White bread, lots of disgusting low quality sweet stuff, extremely low quality sausages. There is not a single vegetable in the whole breakfast. Like seriously, if somebody eats this what they have here for breakfast, we live in a different planet. And the coffee. You have two options one pře brewed, and second one from a machine. Hard to tell which one is worse, but I haven't had this bad coffee in ages. Both is probably some instant s***. This is disgrace, what 4 star hotel should look like. I'd scratch two...

Obviously they failed to change the pillow case before my arrival. I noticed by the smell.

fist day i book 3 rooms , i got them 2 in one floor separated from the other and the 3 on one floor up, hotel can made any changes or acomodate , the dinner take to long to serve and food was very bad , we order firts night dinner a burger and some salmon, the burger fell like it was pre-cook the day before fish was no cook property and it took like 45 minutes to get it serve , we order pizza at the pool bar the pizza was under cook and we spend two days in the bathroom read whatb i like and think about the rest

Spacious and clean room. Large selection for breakfast. Good services and kind personnel. Good value. It took a long time for room to cool even at lowest temperature.

The staff was great. They were very helpful. The room size was great, but we were told we received an upgrade but I don't think it was truly an upgrade.

The pools and jacuzzis looked fabulous. The safe was difficult to use. No free water.

The hotel has a good location, and the breakfast was okay. We were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in, which was a helpful convenience. There was only one staff member who spoke English, which made check-in easy. However, the hotel did not provide a city map or any tourist information materials, which would have been helpful for planning daily activities. At check-out, despite having already paid the full amount—including the tourist tax—we were unexpectedly asked to pay the tax (or something similar) again. The staff member couldn’t provide a clear explanation, as he didn’t speak English. I didn’t push the issue further, as we had a flight to catch. The room was outdated and showed visible signs of wear, and the cleanliness was below expectations. These issues made the overall experience less comfortable than it could have been.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The massage was exceptional — one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Breakfast was another standout, with delicious made-to-order crepes and omelettes prepared right in front of guests, all tasting perfect. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing atmosphere, and the gym was well-equipped. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, this hotel is truly magnificent and well worth a visit!

Breakfast included. Helpful staff. Easy taking public bus to the falls. No shuttle service from the airport. Internet can be spotty. Otherwise little to complain about

Something outside my room - possibly a wayward HVAC compressor - was extremely loud, all night. The staff tell me that I'm not the first to mention it.

The pool, lounge & bar area is new and very nice to chill Rezeption staff super friendly and welcoming BF was average but the pancakes / Omelett station was a super plus, amazing cooking skills Rooms are big but dated

The breakfast was great. It depended on who you met at the reception. The younger workers were unwelcoming, their middle-aged colleague was great. The hotel is quite worn for the price.

Amazing breakfast, the most comfortable beds ever, swimming pools - you can relax all you want here

Lovely hotel with excellent spread for breakfast. No coffee facilities in the room and location away from restaurants.
