Clean facilities. Attentive staff. Delicious and diverse breakfast!! Short walk to the bus station when visiting the falls and plenty of restaurants in walkable distance.

Location is great and the SPA amenities are quite nice. Staff was attentive to anything we needed during our stay, and having two different entrances is quite convenient. Big Shopping mall within walking distance. Breakfast was not the greatest, we ended up not eating there everyday. Food was cold, there was hair in some items. Hotel is very loud, it seemed like there was no sound proof at all, we could hear guests in the hallways and next to us very loudly.

Amazing hotel. Very clean room with a lovely breakfast spread and the pool and jacuzzi were just amazing. Perfect place to unwind after spending all day walking around the falls!

It's close to the bus terminal and there are many restaurants in the alleys nearby.

Way too many pillows on the bed - 8 pillows for two people. It was difficult to figure out were to put them in the room when we used the bed. Room was noisy by the busy street, especially with bathroom window open

Swimming pool was amazing and havig two jacuzzis increases the chance you'll have one for yourself. Breakfast buffet is generous. Shower is spacious. We were very grateful for the AC. We felt safe walking around the hotel. Shampoo and soap are packaged in individual one-time-usage portions and don't have a particularly pleasant smell. We went to the restaurant for dinner and wouldn't recommend it. The only option is the buffet and most options weren't to our taste. On another evening, we ordered the pizza from room service and were taken back by the 'special dough'. TV wasn't working in the room.
