Unprofessional staff. The restaurant people barely can speak English.

property was nicely located no heating during winter often we had to ask for basic things like towels, soap etc maid one day took all our soap and didn’t leave any new ones, same with the towels the next day. After that the cleaning person left the AC on at 19C, in a very cold day and our AC had no heating. Blankets were dirty too.

The air conditioning was very noisy.

Great location in a new part of town. Right across from a new mall with many restaurants, and a grocery store. Helpful and responsive staff. Good breakfast. Can't think of anything negative.

Location in city Center and across from Cataratas JL mall. Great staff, excellent breakfast selection, cleanliness of facilities, accommodating, front desk.

Conveniently located. Hotel is right across a mall with lots of shops and restaurant choices. Also, the hotel offers a generous selection of food for their breakfast buffet . Amenities like the pool should be ready for use when the hotel declares it to be open at a particular time ( 9am ). When I went down to the pool area to take a dip, the attendant was still cleaning it and we , the hotel guests were allowed to use it only at 9:30am. For someone like me with such a tight schedule at that time, that meant cutting off half an hour from my “pool time “.

Across from a mall was good When I booked through booking.com. All taxes are included but when we checked kee out they said they didn’t charge me the 5 percent tax! Since we were in a hurry to leave I thought that I will deal with it when we get home. Should I email the property?

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The scent when you walk in is so pleasant and welcoming. The front desk staff were nice and friendly, which made check-in a breeze. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nice kept. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast area as much as we did at other hotels in Brazil. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff—especially those welcoming guests—did not come across as friendly. In fact, they were often laughing when we passed by, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This behavior affected the overall experience.

Nice location. Close to shopping mall and bus terminals within walking distance where you can travel everywhere around the area. It is considered far from the airport. Taking very long time to complete the check in.

The check in process felt a little slow, but is usually does in Brazil because the hotels have to gather so much information on all the guests and complete documents. We wish it would have taken less than 30 minutes.

Clean and modern hotel with good location next to a shopping mall. The receptionist recommended a great driver who took me to the Falls in Argentina and back for a very good price. The pool is tiny. There are no complementary water bottles in the room.
