Hotel Real

The front reception was very nice, especially a lady that works the front. She was very kind and always had a smile. I wish I knew her name. The room and hotel was always clean. The room was spacious. Elevators worked great. Nice central location in town close to stores and restaurants. I would easily stay here again. Shower could use more water pressure. Breakfast could use more items. Most items were breads and cakes. TV was old. I couldn't get YouTube or Netflix.

Very pleasant staff, the hotel was very clean and nice for the price. Location is convenient with stores and dining places nearby. The elevator makes a lot of noise, sometimes it felt it would stop by the noise it makes but never had any issues during our stay.

What an imbecile idea to put a sink with a button in the bathroom like in the most miserable public toilets I’ve ever seen, not to mention that the bathroom itself was one square metres.

Breakfast was great. Did not like the compromised welfare of the captive fish at the front of the property. They really need to address this

The reception staff were really nice. Hotel was in great location. Easy to get uber/taxi to airport or waterfalls. Wifi wasn't great.

Extrem mass tourism hotel. Every day are buses with new tourists coming which makes it a very noisy hotel by the guests. I can not recommend it for a stay longer than overnight. Seem to be mostly pretty "simple" guests. I changed the hotel and for practically the same price the hotel as well as the guests are much better level.

Breakfast was good! Especially the receptionists were really attentive and helpful! They even booked a table at a restaurant for us that they recommended! Thanks a lot to William and Alberto for helping us with our stay! Also the location was good, close to the center and nice restaurants. If there’s nothing more to do we can also recommend the swimming pool

Recomendo o hotel real

Best price-quality relation, good location in downtown. It has all the amenities (pool, park for the kids, games room, parking). My son loved the fishbowl in front of the hotel. Would like more towels and shampoo refill in the bedroom. The wifi speed could be better too.

Front desk staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to help us find good places to eat.
