Quarto com cheiro de mofo e umidade. Cobertor manchado. Preço muito elevado, não condizente com o quarto. Custo benefício não vale a pena.

Had such a wonderful stay at this hotel that I originally booked three nights and ended up extending by an extra night — that says it all! Special thanks to Karina — she was extremely helpful and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was great — got a solid night’s sleep every night. Everything in the room worked perfectly, no issues whatsoever. Overall, very happy with the experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Iguaçu. Will definitely be back! They could include laundry service. That would be the one thing that I would really like, but there is a laundry mat right across the street.

Location is great and breakfast is excellent Facility is a little bit old
-
Cozy and within city center

The location is convenient as the bus terminal to Argentina pureto Iguazu is 5 mins walk. They need to do better cleaning. Maybe room 503 is old and the AC doesn’t have “heat” only produce cool air. The night was 11 degree.

The room was comfortable and clean with great air conditioning. There was a nice TV with Netflix if I remember correctly. The breakfast was an incredible spread! They had a very nice outdoor seating area. The best breakfast I’ve had on my three week trip. The hotel is located on a street with about five Arabic restaurants, along with a few assorted other restaurants. It made it easy to step out of the hotel and find someplace to eat. There is a money exchange business about two blocks away. It has an elevator which is very helpful. There are about 8 steps you have to climb to access the elevator and the rest of the hotel. There was a refrigerator in the room room and that was handy for leftover food from Restaurants. 8 steps between the lobby and the elevator made it a challenge to get my luggage up but the staff helped me

The space and the cleanliness are great. The location is convenient. Easy 5 mins walk to the bus terminal and bus to Argentina side. Breakfast is nice in a big room. AC is cool and quiet. Nothing. Suggest to have a few more hooks for hanging clothes in the bathroom.

Breakfast was great and the beds are great comfortable good wife

It is centrally located. A receptionist helped us with booking a car to take us to Iguazu airport. I hope the sheets and towels only remained stained even after washing, and were not dirty.
-
It may be needing maintenance for couple things.

Basic hotel but good value. Close to bus station for Iguazu, lots of shops and restaurants along the street. Good breakfast in the morning. Hallways were very loud. Lots of groups of teenagers yelling.

Hotel is old. Overrate
-
Nothing worth complaining about.

Central location was ok. Breakfast was ok, normal for Brasil. Room was very old, 1950's style. Uncomfortable bed. No facilities in the room - no drinking water, no coffee, no tea, no way to heat water. Had to go down to the reception area to get drinking water. Shower had very little water and not hot, just warm - not suitable for a couple. Very expensive R$800/night.

Super clean, very nice breakfast, polite staff! Fo the hotel itself everything was very smooth and there wasnt something we did not like. However they recommend loumar tourismo for their tours and transfers to/from the airport. definitely skip this agency as with our case they got the date wrong and we ended up searching for transportation at 12.00am in Foz airport. Do uber easy and hustle free. For the rest of the tours they provide through them based on this experience we recommend search on your own than trysting their services.
