I liked the location, it was clean. But the bed was uncomfortable, looked like the mattes was broken on my side. The mattress was broken and the sheets didn’t fit the bed.

Hotel is located in city center. We loved relaxing in swimming pool and jacuzzi after long days visiting turist places. Staff is helpful as we requested later check out and they didn't refuse. They didn't ask for additional pay.

Breakfast very good. Booked based on booking.com reviews. Asked for a quiet room and we were given a room that faced the major street. Very, very, noisy all night long. Bring ear plugs. Rooms small and not well maintained. Find another spot. Noisy rooms, no soundproofing, could hear other guests in hallway at all hours.

Pools was cold, jacuzzi were not hot just warm&dirty looking. Booking agent gave me a price cheaper if I paid at hotel but when I arrived the desk said no pay booking price. Breakfast has a lot of sweet cakes but I prefer more healthy options so I ate fruit Pool areas were unsatisfactory. Jacuzzi were not hot and 1 looked worse than the others

The location is great. The hotel has a tour office at the lobby, and that means that tours start and end at the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The breakfast is really good they offered several different options for drinks and food. The hotel also has swimming pool, jacuzzi, a d parking lot, cash machine (that makes the hotel a great option for families with kids). Friendly staff. Not so luxury rooms, but it is just what you need to visit Iguazú.

The hotel is located near many restaurants, currency exchange, and other shops. They had a large breakfast selection including eggs, sausage, and waffles. At night, it was quite and peaceful! Uber was easily scheduled to visit National Park Foz do Iguaçu, Itaipu Dam, and Parque das Aves. Nothing to report.

Very good location, safe and close to many restaurants, stores, and the city's bus terminal. Room is quite and clean, breakfast is good, staff is nice, and Wifi works fine.

Really nice location, kind staff, good breakfast with many options. The bathroom was old and had rust in the shower.

The facility was fine. However, the Internet was so intermittent. My room had significant hair in it that it was constantly picking up off of things. The keys to the room constantly needed to be re-keyed. Clearly they need a new system for keying their rooms.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had lots of options. Staff were helpful although we struggled to communicate at times due to our lack of Portuguese. Great value for money. Our window looked out onto a wall. Swimming pools/jacuzzis could do with a clean.
