Location is perfect, close to restaurants, transport to Paraguay or Argentina and all other touristic points of Foz de Iguaçu The breakfast is nice but could have a few changes in the items, the staff should know more about buses and options not just recommending the Loumar office that is selling packages in the hotel, but the staff is helpful, will try to accommodate and make changes such as extend the stay if needed, the rooms facing the av Brasil are noisy but all considered, all rooms have ac, decent beds and the hotel is on historic downtown

The only good thing I can remark about my day was the good location of the hotel. Well and breakfast was decent. The hotel looked and felt very old, poorly maintained, the seats and the couches at the lobby were super dirty. And most of all there wasn't a working elevator.

the staff was kind and helpfully. They help me with the check in and where so nice. Unfortunately, I didn't like so much I didn't feel so safe to go out around the hotel even there where some bars and restaurants, but we didn't like the food. We went in a meet restaurant but the meet was to cook and so not easy to eat. The room seems like a service room, no facilities. Not confortable at all. I had a bad sensation I don't suggest this place, but If you will stay one day, and sleep few hours it would be fine.

The pool and outside areas were great ? The Hotel is in a good location. On the main street for shopping and a few nice places to eat. Lovely staff on reception. and pool bar area. I only take coffee, toast and marmalade for breakfast so the selection doesn't bother me ? But my husband was happy with it? We didn't dislike anything, but would just say that the hotel bed rooms are clean , but a bit dated, and could do with a little modernization, however we spent very little time in it so not a problem at all. The bed was big, and comfortable. I would definitely suggest having just a regular ordinary toaster in the dining room please. ??

Old furnishings throughout. The establishment I believe would benefit aesthetically from a renovation.

Exceeded my expectations

Good location, good car parking, good breakfast, helpful staff Hotel was a little run down but comfortable enough for a few nights. Maybe not best location to get to Iguacu falls but plenty of tourist guides and trips. Lacks decent restaurant for lunch/evening - very limited menu.

Shampoo sache quantity (only one per day). You should put a trash basket in the room.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The late night check in was very useful for us as we arrived late. We were also able to leave our luggage during the day whilst we went to the waterfalls which was incredibly handy. It’s great that breakfast is included in the price but the selection is pretty limited. We were only here for a short stop and the price was impossible to quibble as a result. The bedroom was pretty dated and the decor could do with an uplift. The room was incredibly hot during the night but when you put on the AC it became unbearably cold - there was no happy medium we could find. We also noticed a few ants marching around in the bathroom (which wasn’t such a big deal for me, but my girlfriend was pretty far from impressed!)

Great location just next to the bus terminal, from where you can get directly to Iguazu Falls. Hotel is very clean and tidy, rooms big and comfortable, breakfast of great variety and amazing outdoor pool! Staff very professional and friendly, we got brilliant recommendations from Joao regarding trip to Argentinian falls and places to visit in Foz de Iguacu, which we are extremly grateful for :) We could also leave our luggage before and after check-out, which was very helpful. Everything for a very good price, definitely a perfect choice, I wouldn't change nor add anything :) -

The bed itself was very good and the shower worked well. We didn't use the maid service but our cousins said she was very good. It was very cheap but on reflection I'd have paid a bit more and stayed somewhere nicer The rooms were adequate. I've stayed in much better 3 star hotels. The breakfast was not very nice. Cold eggs and lots of other slushy stuff that I didn't like the look of. Coffee and hot water not hot enough. Cakes and bread all a bit dry. Not very good restaurants in the area.

Location Breakfast was repetitive

Staff was polite and helpful; Good location; Very good breakfast - plenty of choice. Room had a bad smell when we arrived, it was fine while the window was open but as soon as we closed it, the 'old furniture' smell could be felt. Only were there to sleep as were out during the day, so for the price, not too much of concern.

Great location in the 'old town'. Many restaurants nearby. Also 10 minutes walk from the bus terminal you can catch busses to Argentina and Paraguay from. Free use of safe boxes at the reception Lift is terrible! Sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes stops on the first floor, well, sometimes it doesn't...

The staff were very attentive. It was my friend’s birthday while we were there and they left a delicious cake and card in our room for him. Very thoughtful! The breakfast was also delicious and the perfect location in the center. The room was a bit dated
