Single towel given was old, worn with a small hole in it

Bem localizado, chuveiros bons, limpeza boa

The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to explore the area. The staff was always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help. The room could have been cleaner, and the bed linens and towels looked old and stained, although they were clean and had no bad smell. The TV did not work properly, and the room was very cold. When I asked for an extra blanket, I received a very thin duvet that wasn't enough to keep the room warm. The soundproofing is also poor, so it was easy to hear housekeeping cleaning and talking in the hallway early in the morning.

There was very cold in our room. Outside on the streets was much warmer. We tried to communicate with the staff but didn’t get any success even though we speak English, Spanish but the guy at the reception didn’t understand the problem, answered “ok” all the time. Another guy at the reception was very helpful (with another issue, advised us with the number of buses)

Staff are soooo kind! Charger are in wired location that make people hard to use. The facility is really basic(which is enough for me)

Easy access to the bus terminal from Brazilian side of Iguaçu falls and bus stop that goes to the Argentinean side, just across the street. Also close to restaurants and markets. Online check-in is slow and annoying.
-
No sound isolation (pretty much heard all traffic in the morning) No safe box but the hotel is super safe

Relation price quality good

Location was great for catching the bus everywhere! Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. They cleaned the room daily. Good bed covers with some weight to them. Helpful staff. Easy self check-in. Key didn’t work in door well. Required multiple attempts plus a trip to the front desk as the housekeeper wouldn’t help us get in.

Location is great in downtown Foz, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Everything! Location is just 1 block from the heart of the business district, with all the shops and restaurants you want. The hotel is a recently built building with modern furnishings. The breakfast was the best we had seen during our entire trip to Brazil. The check-in is entirely online, but honestly one quick page once you load it with QR code, and again was faster than check in at other places we have been. Nothing.

Close to the urban bus terminal. Right in the city’s center

I also liked the size of the room and how quiet everything was. The view from the sky in the morning is beautiful. Breakfast was quite good :) The bed was uncomfortable. I woke up twice with back pain and the towels were too small and thin. One of my towels had holes :(

Great location with a bus stop to the waterfalls just across the street and many restaurants nearby. Helpful reception staff that gave us a lot of useful tips. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was up to standard with others we have experienced during our travels in Brazil. Not much to say - shower was a little small and elevators were a little slow, but these factors did not pose any inconveniences to our stay.

For the price, it's an amazing choice. The location is great, there are lots of places to eat or go out around (on foot), the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fine, and the staff is very, very friendly and helpful. Really, the staff is definitely a highlight of the hotel. The staff at the tourism office next to the reception is also just as friendly and helpful. The wifi is the only issue with the place. It's absolutely terrible. I work remotely, so wifi obviously always is important to me, and the one at the hotel was extremely weak and patchy. It regularly went out, and I had to switch between the different ones of the hotel until one worked, but often there were 10-minute periods where no internet worked, and even when it did, it was very weak. Even if you don't need to rely on wifi, just scrolling on your phone isn't easy. If I had only come to visit Foz, this wouldn't have been such an issue, but given my lifestyle, it definitely had a very negative impact on me. Also, the magnetic card to open the door and activate the power in the room takes some getting used to. After a few days, I figured out the perfect angle to get it in so that it works, but in the first few days, I had to try many times before being able to open the door/activate the power in the room.
