Clean room, family friendly and great friendly staff. Adult pool was great and swim up bar was fun. Relaxed and enjoyed the evening in the pool.

Check in was very quick with a long line up, I thought it would take a while but it went really fast. There’s lots of stuff to do and keeps the kids busy and happy

Especially the staff, super friendly and accommodating! I felt so welcome and appreciated as a guest! Also a shout out to Dave in reservations who answered my online question right away. Elena in hotel opposition got right too getting out TV on line and got maintenance , Sage, right up to our room to service it, Sage was the nicest maintenance I've met in a hotel setting. Dalessa at the front desk patiently and so pleasantly answered my questions, very knowledgeable! So pleasent. I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady in the gift shop, I loved her welcoming enthusiasm! Martha at "Omas Kitchen" made us all feel so at home, so chipper and sweet, she never lost patience with our crazy ordering, lol. Alex at the "Blast" front desk was very kind and welcoming! He answered all of our questions relating to my disabled husbands ability to spend time with us at the waterpark. The life guards where absolutely amazing, there interaction with the public is commendable! I only had small complaints regarding the room and that was the air vent had dirt around it and cobwebs on the ceiling. Accommodation wise, the bathroom , toilet area was very small for a 2 room suite. Outside if that our stay was amazing and I want to give a great big shout out to the Bavarian Inn at Frankinmuth!

The only concern I have is the room was not really clean. The soap dispensers did not work at all. The shower did not drain, and the bathroom was not clean.

The restaurant was great,try the chicken! The water park was well staffed and clean. They need to keep the babies in their dypers out of the hot tubs, gross. Great walking distance from town.
