The front-desk clerk was facing system problems of her own when we came in to check-in - only to find that we had made the reservation incorrectly. She was very cool and professional as she worked through the large queue of guests behind us, and then worked with us to get our old reservation cancelled, and a new reservation setup. I wish I could remember her name to call-her-out on her great service!

Only convenience of this hotel is it was close to the village and not far from Bronners which was what we were coming for! My mom's fridge was working, so when I told the front desk, they said the maintenance guy wasn't there, but if she wanted to keep stuff in the front desk fridge, she could. I explained she was a 73 year old with a walker, so it wouldn't be possible if she wanted to get her drinks to have to come to the front desk each time! They didn't even offer to switch her room, just apologized! Then in our room, when we all brushed our teeth at night, the sink filled up. We figured it would go down during the night. We wake up and it still hasn't drained! One of us goes to the bathroom to go pee and the toilet doesn't flush! We had to call for maintenance to come in and fix the problems! This was not a great end to our trip after we had stayed at 2 nice hotels in other cities during our trip and loved them! Would definitely not stay here again!

Close to the Brewery Location. Pillows were down pillows and very uncomfortable. Should have asked if they had different pillows. The light switches for the bathroom were in a weird location to turn on the sink light but not a huge deal. The air conditioning unit rattled loudly every time it kicked on and ran. Just background noise but have to get used to it.

I have stayed there twice this year. My only problem you haven't put my Marriott rewards on my rewards my # is 443493818. I can't get nobody to take care of it. If I don't get them next month we will be staying somewhere else being it is expensive for us being seniors.We need some incentive

Very pleasant atmosphere as soon as you walk into the lobby. Super friendly staff. Everthing was clean and organized where ever I looked. I was in total awe when I went into my room and saw a welcome note right on the television. Definitely staying there again!!! I can not think of anything and that is a good thing!!!

My stay at this location was excellent. A very quite, clean and well maintained hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was hot with a lot of selections. Location is ideal for walking downtown Frankenmuth.

Overall our stay was enjoyable. The complimentary breakfasts were a pleasant surprise. The facility was clean and well maintained. The only drawback was the intermittent room cleaning. Every other day doesn't always cover the guests needs, especially the bathrooms.
