Clean room, decent staff. Wish they'd change up the hot breakfast from day to day. Also, the mattress seems like it is on its last days. The pillows were basically like sacks. The experience overall just felt too pricey for what you get.

Check in process was quick, staff was friendly, but our room had hair on the floor including a hair tie. Because we heard at check in there were no other rooms at the time because they only had 2 cleaning staff we just stayed because we wanted to venture out and not get stuck waiting for a new room or additional cleaning.

It was okay but the room I thought I was getting I didn’t. There sleeping arrangements weren’t great.

It would be nice if hotels would give fresh towels daily. It’s kind of a hassle to have to always ask for them.

Great facility in the middle of the action on Main St. Very helpful receptionist got our room an hour early. Highly recommend this hotel.

I love staying in Springhill Suites anywhere I go. This was no exception. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Hotel was right down town. We were able to walk everywhere. Great experience!! Not much to say in the category. I do wish they had an in house restaurant.

The large bathroom, the sofa/trundle bed was great. The breakfast was very nice. The location was excellent. The housekeeping was pitiful. We left open food containers on the desk and there were coffee stains. The food and coffee stains was still there when we returned.
